Outside, you will enjoy a fully enclosed 800 m² garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and a private parking space. The cottage is located on the ground floor of an independent house including the owner's accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floor. Each accommodation has its own private entrance. The laundry room and the garden are shared. Possibility of telecommuting. In Morbihan, come and discover Riantec bordering the small sea of Gâvres: 9 km of coastline and hiking trails that will allow you to discover its wide variety of landscapes.
