“This was supposed to be a romantic adventure for my husband and I but at the last moment he was unable to go with me so it became was solo adventure. Admittedly driving on Madeira Island can be surprising because of the narrow roads and fast speeds the locals drive. I was a little nervous trying to find the location but once I understood how to open the gate to the property I was amazed by even the driveway. It was covered with flowers the entire way to my cottage. I parked in a parking area and……

We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ outside in the little courtyard and in the kitchen, it had everything we needed. We loved ending our days on the balcony overlooking the ocean and mountain reflecting on the amazing day we had hiking. We would 100% recommend staying here!”
