Terrible service!!!
I booked Lungomare with the view that we are booking Lungomare. We got to the hotel in the evening tired from the journey to find it covered in scaffolding. We called the hotel and no one answered for the next 30 mins. Hotels.com couldn’t get through either. After about an hour, we found out that we will be taken to another hotel. As we got to the other hotel and started offloading our luggage, we were told that we would be taken to stay in what looked like a residential building across the road. Lungomare was a total nightmare! I wish I have never booked it. With 2 kids after 6 hour journey, not only we got delayed, but the staff was rude and unwelcoming. I am very dissatisfied with Hotels.com who did not arrange a refund or a discount for the appalling service after we filed the complaint!

Great apartment - great location
We had a really nice one night stay as part of a longer trip. The customer service was excellent and the apartment one of the nicest we have stayed on. Would throughly recommend!

The apt was so small for two bedroom and a living roombwith kitchen sheets of the bed were very dirty though i informed the reception but still nothing changed in the second room there is no AC so it was hot we had to open the living room AC for the kids yet was not helping . Parkong place was kinda far

Hyvä sijainti lähellä ravintoloita ja rantaa. Huoneistojen taso ja sijainti kuitenkin vaihtelee. Osassa huoneistoja kylpyhuone ja keittiö vanhahtavia ja vaatisivat päivityksen. Erittäin hyvä ja rauhallinen aamiainen mahdollista nauttia vieressä sijainneessa Hotelli Maestralessa. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä. Erittäin siisti, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä.

Toller Familienurlaub
Superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was es braucht. Eigene Terrasse und sogar Sky-TV war kostenlos dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Completamente soddisfatto, gentili e veloci nell'assegnare l'appartamento situato sul porto canale. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, ben arredato pulizia curata nei minimi particolari, lavasoviglie ancora con stoviglie calde di lavaggio,balcone con vista sul porto canale,in posizione strategica tra viale Dante e il lungomare.

Nulla da dire x personale alla reception, gentile e premuroso. Ma mi è stata rubata una T shirt nuova dalla valigia quando ero fuori appartamento. Che sia stato il personale di servizio o si siano introdotti degli esterni non lo so fatto sta che l’episodio è grave e fastidioso soprattutto in relazione alla categoria della struttura.

Un buon residence a Riccione.
Penso possa andare bene per un soggiorno di vacanza con famiglia. Meno indicato per business. Personale gentilissimo, come sempre in Romagna. L’appartamento era ok. Unici due appunti: asta sostegno doccia non funzionante. Letto troppo corto, sono alto 1,86 e ho dormito coi piedi fuori.

Hotel molto bello con diversi appartamenti utilizzati come residences. Molto belli ad arredati benissimo. Personale disponibile e competente. Purtroppo c'è stata una incomprensione dovuta al prezzo non evidenziato in modo corretto ed evidente sull'offerta, che ha rovinato un po la conclusione del soggiorno, ma tutto sommato non era colpa dell'hotel. Quindi il giudizio su questa struttura può solo essere positivo. Attenzione però alle clausole scritte in piccolo in fondo alle condizioni di vendita al momento della prenotazione e che non compaiono nel totale del prezzo!!!!

Casa spaziosa, vicina al mare e vicina al centro
L’appartamento era spazioso ed arredato moderno ed elegante, molto accogliente, pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, lavatrice, lavastoviglie ed anche il detersivo per i piattti in dotazione, si trova a pochi passi dal mare in una palazzina molto carina, a due passi dal centro. L’unico neo purtroppo è che la televisione nelle camere non funzionava, lo abbiamo fatto presente ma non sono riusciti a sistemarla, mentre quella del soggiorno aveva anche Sky ed era per fortuna funzionante. Inoltre (questo vorrei farlo presente anche a titolo di consiglio perché se nessuno lo dice non potranno mai saperlo) noi eravamo in cinque per cui avevano una camera con i letti a castello ed un divano letto in soggiorno oltre alla camera matrimoniale con un letto molto comodo, a differenza degli altri letti che erano tutti scomodi poiché i materassi troppo usati e sottili quindi si dormiva sopra ai ferri di sostegno. Alla partenza volevano addebitarmi le spese delle pulizie che non erano scritte nel contratto, ed infatti non mi hanno fatto pagare, anche perché se lo avessi saputo prima avrei scelto la formula hotel e non residence, in quanto incide abbastanza sul costo totale. Il personale della reception è molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ho usufruito della colazione direi molto buona e personale altrettanto gentile e molto presente. La spiaggia bellissima tenuta molto pulita, il servizio impeccabile, anche il personale cordiale e sdisponibile.
