nice stay...

well....I liked my stay, the place in general is very quiet even that during my stay there many children and young people running through the corridors, but it was ok. the place is perfect if you are looking for time to get away from the noise and sleep in a comfortable, clean and warm bed. close to this place are to many kind of restaurants, a bowling and much more. ❤

Affordable but with issues

Pros: The location of it.
Cons: I would improve on the beds. Very low compared to other hotels and the norm for bed level.
Location: Food venues were across the street as well and some right behind the hotel. Gas station was nearby. Shopping wasn't that far down the road either.
The staff was great and professional. We received an early check-in, which was much appreciated but more than likely it was probably because of my membership. I'm not sure. The hotel room is standard. Nothing exceptional. The beds were very low to the floor. Not at all comfortable. They squeezed when you turned. The main issue for me in the room was the heat. Maintenance came up to fix the heat that we set all the way to 80 degrees and it was still cold in the room. He took care of the issue in 15 minutes and it was fine. However, in the middle of the night, the heat went out again and it was so cold in the room. I was too tired to call downstairs the second time because it was 2:00am and I had to get up to work. So, we froze as we woke up to get dress and I just left the room because it was too cold to work in that room. I did report the incident to the front desk again and they logged it in the maintenance book or whatever and thanked me for coming. There was no accommodations given for dealing with these issues twice with outside temperatures below 40 degrees. Oh well, I said thank you back and was gone. The staff was lovely but the beds are brutal and you might want to inquire about mechanical issues of the rooms before accepting it as your next stay.

Nice but not for the price!

Hotel staff was very accommodating!! Fresh cookies at checkin!! Bar staff very knowledgeable. Updates on some things. I guess they ran low on funds, bathroom door was tacked back together at the bottom. Water damaged has attacked the door with ferocity!! Guests at checkin said their room was not cleaned. I checked in at 1900! Kids were running up and down the halls. Screaming and yelling. Banging on doors. Didn’t sleep well but I would stay again for about $25 less!!

Someone broke out the driver's side window of my BMW in the front parking lot and stole my radar detector. Parked under a big light near the adjacent bank. The police officer that came out told me this was a regular occurrence at this hotel. Maybe the hotel should put some cameras in and have a security officer in the parking lot.

Good location

Great location. I booked a room with king size bed but they give two queen size beds in my room. I was promised a coupon I didn’t get and they asked me to checkout at 12:00 when my flight was late in the afternoon.

Horrible To stay at

I booked a King size bed but when I arrived at the Hotel, I was given two little babies bed for the King size bed I paid for. The Hotel staffs were not helpful. They were bad to speak to and I will not recommend this Hotel to anything period.

Pros: Great location and best breakfast buffet in town.
I was there threee days. Maid did not refill the coffee condiments those two days. On first day, two elevators were stuck and it took forever to use them. They were in good use on the other days. I know these are knit picky, but just saying.

Noisy room and no sound proof

U will always listen to the next rooms talking... couldnt get ro sleep before 10 pm
