Excellent motel and easy to reach from the hwy.

Pros: The hotel employees were amazing. I can't say enough good things about them.
Cons: A continental breakfast would be good.
Location: The location is near the highway and easy to access. There are over a dozen great places to eat within 3 miles of the motel. A WalMart is also close.
All the employees were amazing and so friendly! The room we were assigned had a small plumbing problem and the staff moved us immediately into a suite and didn't charge us for the upgrade. We will definitely remember this motel if we stay in the area again.

Pros: clean and freindly

We had a good experience. We reserved two rooms but one of the room was real over powered by air freshener or ferbreeze?

Dallas trip

Hotel was ok, room was good, and comfortable. Bathroom lacked counter space so made it hard to setup toiletries for everyone, Room had very little closet space, I would have expected a closet in the second bedroom but nothing. Also staff was not very friendly and when we needed to check out early in the morning no one was at the front desk, since we needed to make our flight we could not wait, we waiting more than 10 min and walked around yelling for someone.

Called the hotel for a questions. Three times I was put on hold and I had to call back, because front desk was very busy during the holidays. Management should put more people during busy hours.

Cons: make sure coffee makers work!
The coffee maker did not work - ugh. When we went to check out at 4:am, the person at the desk was sleeping (with earphones in) and we couldn't wake him up - so we left a note, hope they got it.

The pools heater was broke and the water was ice cold! Other than that the staff was awesome, friendly, and courteous! We really enjoyed the waitress in the restaurant part of our Inn jer name was Ana I. She really needs a raise for how hard she works also for how polite she is and any questions we had and was very informative!

As with any equipment, they break down even though the hotel engineers do their best to keep the equipment running. Good News--because of the enclosure around the pool, the water is able to maintain upper 70's degree water which allows guests to continue to use the nice pool. The hotel has ordered the parts needed to fix the heater and will be back to normal shortly. Thank you for recognizing Ana. She is definitely an asset to the hotel and we are so happy to hear that she was hospitable towards you and your family.
