Cons: make sure coffee makers work!
The coffee maker did not work - ugh. When we went to check out at 4:am, the person at the desk was sleeping (with earphones in) and we couldn't wake him up - so we left a note, hope they got it.

The pools heater was broke and the water was ice cold! Other than that the staff was awesome, friendly, and courteous! We really enjoyed the waitress in the restaurant part of our Inn jer name was Ana I. She really needs a raise for how hard she works also for how polite she is and any questions we had and was very informative!

As with any equipment, they break down even though the hotel engineers do their best to keep the equipment running. Good News--because of the enclosure around the pool, the water is able to maintain upper 70's degree water which allows guests to continue to use the nice pool. The hotel has ordered the parts needed to fix the heater and will be back to normal shortly. Thank you for recognizing Ana. She is definitely an asset to the hotel and we are so happy to hear that she was hospitable towards you and your family. Pretty good hotel

My room didn’t have a couch in it which made it inconvenient to sit and talk with my friend. The hotel staff had placed items in my room that my friend brought them and did a very good job.

Nice facility; good location for Garland area.

A nice facility with friendly personnel. One complaint - and this also happened the last time I stayed there. We filled out the breakfast request card, and hung it on the door at 10 pm. When I got up at 8 a.m., the card was still hanging on the door. Apparently, the staff do not check doors during the night. Had to call room service, which delayed us.

Just spent a few hours before misión trip but it was quiet so I was able to rest those few hours

If we are ever even with in fifty miles of this place this is where we are staying. From check in to check out the staff of this facility was amazing. I know a lot of people complain about the up charge for breakfast, but it is worth every penny cooked to order and definitely pleasing to this southern girls palette!! Well done Holliday inn Garland well done!
