Clean and right off high way

We picked this as we got off high way .we drive tractor trailer so there was a few truck spot. And a waffle house right next door perfect so we could eat girls at front desk just as pleasant as could be remodeled rooms new beds and are doing more rooms we would come back in a minute

This motel is not suitable for families.

Pros: Nothing, the site was not appealing. The location was not convenient to suitable restaurants. The room was small and cramped.
Cons: This motel and location did not give my family a comfortable safe feeling.
Met with staff on cell phone "I will be with you in a minute, I have family problems." Bare chested guest smoking outside door. Withdrew to room when we approached. Checked bed sheets, they were dirty white brown in color. We elected not to stay at this hotel. Waiting for a promised refund.

Horrible staff

I got so poised only stayed 2 night and paid for 7 and got no refund oh they also checked some one in to my room and when i came back there was a guy sleeping in my bed in my room

Robert, I want to make sure you stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites Rock Hill. Because from your comments you said we "dirty, damage worn out and probably unhealthy" We take your comments seriously but wanted you to know last year we renovated at our property. We put new queen beds, carpet, 42"TV etc. If you look at our pictures on the web site you can see the changes. Can you call our hotel so we can address the comments. GM

no-tell motel.

This is not a place to plan to stay at. It was the only room available at 9pm in the area where I got too tired to continue driveway. It is a no-tell motel and seems to also have residents staying there.
