indoor swimming pool was great for the kids. Continental breakfast was great. Staff/owners personal skills could use improvements.

Nice Hotel, BUT, we were shocked when we arrived!

Pros: Room was very nice.
Cons: We got disturb by misunderstanding between Expedia and Best Western, Richfield, UT.
Location: There were nothing around this location. 70 FWY was nice drive.
We were very tired from long drive and ready to relax for next day trip. During process of check in, front desk (gentleman) offered us totally different Hotel information from Expedia what we agreed/paid on. (NO Breakfast included, No refundable, no cancellation or changes) His explanation was Expedia paid them only $45.00, so he will NOT provide Breakfast, reservation is non refundable/changes and asked us to sign on it. We were so stunned, we asked him why we have to sign which something we can't agreed on and showed him our detail reservation sheet from Expedia and explained to him that we would like to have a service that we agreed /paid through Expedia. He got very upset and THREW OUR ROOM KEYS AND PAPERS and rose his voice said "GO SOME WHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT!!!!!" We tried to communicate to make him understand our point. After awhile, he calm down and he apologized his act. We travel a lot and use Best Western frequently which they were very good to us till this time. Yes, he provided us breakfast after this craziness.....We will not use this Hotel again. Now, We are not sure that we want to make any reservation through Expedia either... We don't want to go through this again. Room was very nice.

Positivt: Flott rom God frokost Bra treningsrom Hyggelig betjening Negativt: Utrivelig velkomst av en sur resepsjonisten når vi kom. Ble ennå verre ved utsjekking da han belastet kredittkortet for 2 netter og påsto at det var fordi han ikke hadde fått betaling fra hotels.com for natt nummer to. Vi kom ingen vei.
