Convenient location

It was inexpensive and close to the interstate highway so there was easy access. Otherwise, I wouldn't stay there again. The room was reasonably clean but I had to do some handy work to get the shower curtain rod to stop falling off the walls. The microwave didn't work. People were smoking throughout the third floor where my room was. It stunk. The pillows were absolutely horrible. Worst of all, my mattress was soaking wet. I couldn't figure out what was wrong at first; I felt cold. Then I got up and felt the mattress with my hands and it was like someone had dumped a pale of water on it. I moved the other bed. The free breakfast was a joke; frozen waffles and apples.

Terrible!

Pros: NOT A THING
Cons: Who cares, will not go back there and I will tell everyone I work with about it.
Location: Does it matter?
The same night I checked in I went to the desk to ask for coffee and the clerk told me all he had was decaf, I said fine that will work. Then I went to bed about 9 pm, got woke up with people fighting and hollering outside my door and it woke me up at 3 am.. I do have a job that I have to go to, so sleep would have been nice. Then my room had a four smell and I had to spray each night with my fragrance spray to make it somewhat tolerable. Then I wake up Tuesday to go down stairs and when I walked out of my room all you could smell is marjauna smoke. So I got ready and left and spent 45 minutes in my jeep at work because I couldn't stand the smell. Well then once I returned back to the hotel Tuesday after work I smelled it again. All I told myself is that I was glad I was leaving Wednesday. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

We just needed an easily accessible spot off the highway to stay and sleep for a few hours. While nothing fancy at all, it did the trick. Very bare- no pictures on the wall, two flat pillows on the beds and only a mini jar of shampoo and one bar of soap- it was all we needed. There are other great places to stay that offer more for the money- but no complaints- it was clean and the staff very friendly!

No Women!

Pros: Location to work
Cons: Upkeep. Property needs attention and someone who cares about customers.
Only one person staff there when I was. Stayed 2 nights for business. Room as reserved not available when I arrived. How can they confirm a reservation then not have what they confirmed when you arrive? Issues with room and lack of attention just brushed off as being a woman and not knowing what I was doing. Really bad when heat keeps shutting down on the coldest night of the year! Smoke alarm acting up and told they would look into the next day! What about my sleep that night? Did the smoke detector have a carbon monoxide detector in it? Is the heat issue / carbon monoxide the reason it was chirping? Who knows and obvious no one cared! Afraid to sleep not knowing what was wrong. Offered a new room, NO! Left there feeling if I had been a man I would have been treated better.

I am sorry about the problem, we have only 4 smoking room and all smoking rooms have guest.Only 50 rooms hotel so we have one desk clark and man.

Hotel and staff were good but check-in was a nightmare because Hotels.com cancelled my first paid for reservation after I requested an additional night at the day before the original 3 night reservation. Eventually, and after almost 2 hours, the hotel clerk and I got it straightened out.
