Very clean and quiet.. wasn't there long enough to make longer review. Left at 5 am and was around 8 pm when we checked in.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Aberdeen centre, Yaohan centre & the night market which was nice. The room was clean & the staff was friendly. They also serve free breakfast from 7-10am & the amenities were ok. However I was disappointed with the parking lot cos it was small and only had limited parking spots!! We got back to the hotel around 9pm and was told to park on the street☹ so basically first come first serve!! We had to get up before 8am and move our car into an available parking spot, cos if not you have to pay for parking on the street 8am- 6pm. I recommend parking your car when you check in and just walk around, just so you have a parking spot!! But other than that my friends and I had a great time in Richmond❤

No soundproofing at all. Neighbor and hallway sounds seemed like they were in same room. Compounded by obnoxiously loud guests who were very loud, constantly, late into the night. Plane noise also bad and unmitigated. Most staff were good, but one male desk clerk was rude and difficult in a call prior to or visit, and told me we'd be charged extra for an early check in even if room available. Price was EXORBITANT!

We're sorry for the confusion about the early check-in. Indeed, it is a new policy, which primarily helps with our housekeeping schedules. As for the rates, like other hotels our rates may change according to demand. During times of low occupancy guests can enjoy great bargains, and in high season our rates go up. The hotel is a bit hard to find and the parking lot is small. Some repairs need to be done to the bathrooms especially but the room was spacious and clean. I was disappointed with the rooftop garden. So much potential but not maintained at all. Staff were very nice

No WI-FI. It was defective. When I mentionrd this to the receptionist, she said; we called!...Wow! Spider in bathroom. Aweful breakfast, no fruit, no yogurt, toaster no working properly. Tight parking spots. I should get a refund.

not even a bottle of water placed in the fridge but they got free shuttle service to/from airport
