In general its ok to stay, just a Chinese Testaurant cleaning to late with a pressure machine at 11 pm was too noisy. Rooms should be updated, painting and some finishing are not in good shape.

This was obviously some roadside motel being turned into a franchised budget hotel. Although renovated recently, the room is already showing signs of wear n tear plus poor maintenance. Stains on window curtains, carpet, a safe that’s no longer in use, etc. Poor sound proofing. It does offer HD cable and free wifi and surprisingly continental breakfast with DIY waffles. Staff at office seem tired and unfriendly though.

Worst hotel that I stayed in my whole life, DO NOT STAY THERE. Front desk wanted to give me a smoke room and said all bedrooms are smoking allowed, when I tell him to cancel he found one “smoke “ free. BAD, TERRIBLE!

Old, clean but needed lots of work. Smoke detector missing battery and not working. Told only person on staff and he remedied problem. Felt unsafe in area, so didn't get much sleep. I guess this is what you get for $57/night. Never again...

The property was ok for a quick stay, but was a little rough. There was no hot water that night (just slightly warm). The water was hot by the next morning. There were a couple places on the parking lot where concrete had been poured on the surface and was several inches above the level of the normal surface. At night it was impossible to see and a dangerous trip hazard. I did trip myself, but fortunately did not fall. I would stay there again for just one night. The price was a bargin.

When we got to the hotel bathroom was dirty and towels had hairs with lots of stains and not just that at the top of the entrance door inside the room we found a syringe we advised and their offer was only to clean the room at that instance but nothing to be handle. Not at all a good experience.

Florida trip
Travelodge by Wyndham Savannah Area/Richmond Hill was a great stay. We travel yearly to Florida and we stay at this Hotel 2 days a year. The rooms are clean, the staff is really efficient and friendly. All the restaurants you need are right there.

Overall very pleased with the accommodations. Some cleanliness issues (blood stain on one of three pillowcases), shower head a bit dysfunctional but overall above average for this price point. I would stay here again.

This is definitely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! The ceiling was falling in, there were roaches and even a worm crawling on the carpet! I am not picky but this place was filthy gross! I didnt even sleep bc i didnt wanna use the blankets..Mold all in the shower, no toilet paper holder, it smelled gross. I am actually mad we used pointed to stay here. This is embarressing for Wyndham

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning. There was no microwave, the hair dryer did not work, and the bathroom faucet was missing a screw in the handle so you could only turn on the hot water. I had to brush my teeth using cold water from the bath tub. The shower curtain looked like it was ready to fall off.

The room was mostly updated but since the hotel was so close to the interstate it was incredibly noisy. The guy at the front desk wasn't the friendliest but the cleaning crew was very friendly. I liked that it was within walking distance to a few places to eat and to Peach World.

When first checking in the smell of incense was so overpowering it could only be tolerated for moments, during Check in was the only time we were able to communicate with hotel staff all other interactions were limited due to the language barrier. Upon inspecting the room mold on the walls, the lamp shades, and the bathtub were noticed, additionally, there was urine and public hair surrounding the toilet. Went back to the front desk; however, they were no longer there. During the night woken up by prostitutes in the parking lot. Day 2 (8am) went to the lobby for breakfast There were 3 pieces of stale toast, spoiled waffle mix, and dirty cups/utensils. Again tried to address concerns with the hotel front desk; however, they were unable to understand English. Later that day tried getting fresh linens from the front desk to which we were told they were out. At approximately 8p that evening we were finally able to get fresh towels; however, the cleanliness was questioned due to the stains. On day 3, decided to check out early given the filthiness of the hotel, lack of advertised breakfast, and questionable morals of other guests and their nighttime activities. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to remedy the situation even with photos to prove claims. This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen/ experienced. STAY AWAY!!!

The rooms were very clean, and smelled fabulous! The people that worked there are either the owners not sure which were super helpful and very nice! I am very OCD about clean and when I say the rooms were very clean I mean they were very clean! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip down there! Customer service was definitely wonderful in our book! Thank you for giving us such a nice day and making our vacation that much better!

Pool was dirty, there was a rusty screw in the pool and dead bugs. Room was okay. Manager was weird but friendly. Manager supervised is using the washer to make sure we knew how to use properly like we've never done laundry. Manager also walked into my room without knocking to service the air conditioner and proceeded to shut it off and tell us to only use it at a certain temp. Won't stay again.
