This hotel was pretty legit for the price , although we only stayed one night this experience wasn't bad . Rooms were pretty small but comfortable , they have a pool so that was a plus ...hotel staff was polite even though they seem to be short staff I would definitely recommend it .

Pros: Excelente relación calidad-precio. Traslados al aeeropuerto gratuitos. Personal muy agradable. Limpieza impecable. Desayuno muy bueno.
Cons: Durante todos los días que duró mi estancia, estuvieron aplicando un producto muy pegajoso y de olor desagradable en las baldosas del suelo exterior
Location: Inmejorable ubicación para traslados al aeropuerto, que además es un servicio gratuito.
Cumplió de manera muy satisfactoria con mis expectativas. Traslado del aeropuerto gratuito. Personal muy agradable y eficiente. Limpieza de la habitación impecable todos los días. Café y té en la habitación. Muy cómodo y silencioso. Desayuno muy bueno. Muy conveniente y recomendable, sobre todo si se necesita estar cerca del aeropuerto.

Nice hotel to spend one night

We choose this hotel to spend one night before we continue our trip. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful.

First room had a terrible smell. Changed room the second felt dirty and the bathroom was small, we survived for a short night.

Good stay before a fly away

It was ok. We were flying out of Richmond in somewhat early, so turned the car in on Tuesday night and got the bus back to the hotel. Found out the started airport runs at 4:30 AM that was much better than some others in the area that we had stayed at before. They also had some breakfast up at that time so if you had to run you could still eat. We didn't have to leave until 6:15 but still was able to get the hot full breakfast that was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, I will stay there again if the rate is right.

It was a great stay the only con was my bathtub was clogged and maintenance came right away and it took 20 minutes to fix. This cause me to be late checking out. The hotel staff asked me twice when was I checking out and I informed them of my clogged tub and needed to take a shower before I check out. I felt rushed and didn't understand why I was asked twice especially when they knew maintenance was fixing my tub.

Better than Best Western in Richmond VA

Only stayed overnight on our way to New Hampshire, very nice, clean room. Excellent, Hot, full breakfast, would definitely return when we are down this way.

Great beds!

We had a late arrival due to delayed overseas flight. The shuttle driver to collect us immediatel which was deeply appreciated. Check in was friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Good value for money. This is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and I would certainly stay again.
