Okay Hotel Near Airport

Pros: Near the airport and had free shuttle to and from airport. The room had a microwave and small fridge. There was guest washer and dryer.
Cons: The rooms seemed small and dark - maybe more lighting and less heavy furniture
Location: There are fast food (Arby's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, etc nearby).
We had a room with two double beds. The room seemed a little on the small side. The bathroom was also a little small. However, the room was clean and had a microwave, small fridge, and coffee pot. The TV had direct tv and so you had many channels The breakfast spread was the standard - eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, with waffle machines, cereals and pastry. We were on the second floor and there is washer and dryer on that floor and along with ice machine. There is a snack and soda vending machine on first floor. The staff were very pleasant. Overall it was an okay place to stay for a few days.

Great overnight place close to airport.

Pros: Convenience, relatively inexpensive, clean, comfortable.
Cons: Be sure to let know about the shuttle service!
My room was clean and peaceful and waiting for me when I arrived at close to 1 AM after a late night flight from Atlanta. I was pleasantly surprised discover the room boasted a large fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was pretty good too. My only issues--there was some kind of constant electric hum in my room, even after unplugging the fridge and turning off the fan. It was either coming from the calling system somewhere else in the building, or a large semi- with its motor running all night in the parking light right outside my double-paned window. And, I paid $20 for a one-mile cab ride from the airport, not having been informed that the hotel offered free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Nice hotel near the airport

Very convenient location for our stay in Richmond. No issues. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than expected.

Nice hotel, Close to airport

Pros: Close to airport, shuttle service, quiet and clean although not fancy, price
Location: Airport hotel, close to downtown
I stayed here for a night after a weekend graduation,so I could be close to airport,. Staff were nice and helpful, Room was clean and quiet. Able to walk to get a quick dinner. Shuttles to airport were on time and drivers were helpful, coffee and quick breakfast available before 5:00 am. Felt comfortable a a single traveling woman.

Convenient shuttle to and from airport

The staff are friendly and helpful. They were unable to cancel a room booked in error by a family member, but found the best rate for the room the next night to compensate. Self serve breakfast was novel for a non-American.

WORST BED EVER SLEPT IN

Pros: Breakfast was the ONLY thing good about this hotel, though I would say the staff was not a bad point either.Breakfast was really good.
Cons: The rooms have poor set up, Beds need vast improvement, pillows need replacement badly. tub needs to drain. Rooms need carpeting
Location: Skating rink nearby. Not the best part of town, but didnt realize until I got there.
This is the absolute worst bed me and my family have have slept in, including cheap hotels! Was not a cheap hotel price wise. Room didnt seem clean, floor was hard and cold, bathtub didnt drain after repeated attempts. One of my family slept in a rolloaway bed that appeared to be several decades old, and was more comfortable than those who slept in the actual beds. The beds made so much noise it wasnt even funny. Room was very small. Pillows were AWFUL, lumpy and small!
