Did not provide room service for two days , contacted front desk as night they say no one is available and they refuse to get new towels untill morning and that too none was provided .

Great, attentive , knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast with lots of options. Clean, good condition room. Excellent wifi. Free, timely shuttle to and from airport. Only downer-no desk lamp? Not sure how that happened, but made doing paperwork difficult. Overall great.

My room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. One elevator was out of order and some of the doors, light shades needed updating or repair. It was close to the airport, which was a positive for me.

We were picked up from the AP and the driver was super friendly and kind. It was late and we hadn’t eaten so he offered to drive us to a restaurant and pick us up.

Hotel is what you expect for an airport Best Western. Room was clean but old. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with several hot items. Shout out to Suzette at the front desk: she was cheerful, friendly, attentive to guest needs and even drove the shuttle van.

The bathroom lock was broken, there was hair on the toilet paper, our key cards kept on malfunctioning, and there was water damage on one of the walls, paint was puffed out and crinkly.
Minus all of the a YouTuber friend shower was leaking into someone’s room. Overall. Really unsatisfying to travel 3 hours for this from a best western. Very disappointed

For the price I paid, I was expecting the room to be much cleaner, there was toothpaste spots on the carpet, the tile in the shower was dirty and the tile by the facet was caved in. The walls had many cracks and the trim was coming loose. The room was in need of major repairs.
The only good thing was the breakfast was decent and had several choices.

This property seemed average for just a place to sleep on the way to our destination. My biggest complaint was the aroma of the herbal refreshments. At one point it was so strong my eyes burned. The use of the continuous fan did help a lot.

Clerk was not there when we arrived, reeked of tobacco smoke upon arrival a few minutes later. Otherwise, it’s an expensive airport hotel. The room is comfortable, good amenities. But they need more staff.

TV did not work. Room phone did not work. Heater did not work. This was my first property with Expedia. I am considering whether to use you again or not. I give good reviews too. But this was bad. Young lady at front desk was excellent and very apologetic.
