Ez off I-75

Pros: Very convenient off I-75
Cons: Better evening front desk worker. The no elevator was a big deal breaker for me to even consider a next time.
Location: Richmond,KY.Not a lot around.Drove on up to Lexington,KY&visited the KYHorse Park--that was really fun&very interesting....learned alot&kids enjoyed!
Evening front desk man wasn't even behind desk&I waited about 10 mins before he even showed up&no explanation where he had been----anyone could have just walked in&done whatever n that length of time. Told me where luggage carts were, but never mentioned NO elevators! Put me on 2nd floor&I have a bad hip. Took 3 trips to get my things to my room----next day I managed to reload car w/2 trips. Now 2day I can hardly walk---hip is really hurting. I had also ask @ check in about some local info&he just said info was over on a shelf around the corner----not! Then in our room (reservation was 1adult&3kids) only 3 sets of towels&when I called 2 ask, he said that was all they put in a room&if I wanted another towel, I would have 2 come back to the front desk&get one! Needless to say, he doesn't understand Customer Service@all! Next morning breakfast staff was very kind&helpful & the morning front desk staff very friendly&actually answered my local sightseeing questions very well. Mgr needs to reevaluate the evening staff that is NOT representing them well @ all!

Pleasant stay

A great value for your money, a clean, comfortable bed and room after driving all day is very important to us. The hot breakfast was a plus!

Not a camper

Very nice room. Breakfast was great. Hostess was very nice and keep area clean and supplied. Would stay here again.Family was staying at the campground at Ft. Boonesbourogh. This hotel was very convenient to everything we needed.

Bestwestern Stay in Richmond

great location /great hot bar breakfast/ kinda stingy with towels and wash clothes /had 3 sets in room for 4 people stay when request for 1 more set made to feel like it was a problem and needed to register extra set like you were hiding towels needed major dusting and spring cleaning along baseboards behind tv and cabinets and under beds ...clean sheets and sweep in center floors and clean bathrooms pool good
