Great Hotel Stay

I was in town for a family funeral. I checked with the hotel when I first got in, about 1 PM, and they did not have an open room for my reservation. They said they would hold the first room of that type for when I came back even if it was late. Room was great, staff was great and I left very happy.

Okay hotel for what you pay.

Cons: Rooms need to be updated and the smell in the hallways is nauseating.
I needed a place to stay on a pretty short notice. There wasn't anything fancy about the rooms and they are in need of an update. The hallway smelled like a seafood buffet. You get what you pay for!

Pros: The staff.
Cons: The rooms are overdue for remodeling. I'm certain Best Western corporate personnel know this and, hopefully, have it on the schedule.
How can I possibly say enough about the staff at this hotel. As you may know, my husband suffered a fatal heart attack the evening before we were to leave. Everyone on staff far exceeding their duties to comfort and help me. I know I would not have managed without each and every one of them. God Bless them all.

Room smelled like urine , top blanket dingy

Would not recommend to anyone the room stunk reaped. Of urine carpet dirty

Pros: Location-close to EKU
Cons: Overall cleanliness, check rooms for supplies such as extra toilet paper and broken toilet seats.
Not very clean, toilet seat broken, no toilet paper refills, no elevator to top floor (had elderly guest) who had issues with stairs and staff wouldn't change reservation to bottom floor; at least they could have checked for a room that hadn't specifically requested the 1st floor to change my room to the lower floor. Doors leading to floors and the outside doors slammed too hard and closed too fast, especially for elderly and people carrying suitcases and other things in and out.

From arrival to departure, a first class experience. I've read the past few years, BW has really moved the needle.

Nice decent hotel. Staff and aminitirs were good.

Only thing one would feel bad is that the beds were hard to us it's may be that specific room. The breakfast was the best.
