Great hotel close to restaurants and shopping.

Pros: I liked the fact that the hotel is clean and comfortable.
Location: I enjoyed the strip malls nearby. Several major stores in the area plus a few restaurants with vegetarian food options which was a big plus for me.
I chose this hotel after reading about the experiences from other travelers. They were right: this was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in! The hotel is very close to the Interstate as well as to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel is very neat and clean. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by staff who presented as warm and personable. My room was clean and smelled nice. The only problem that I had at night was the ice maker in the fridge in my room was noisy, but I shut it off which helped. Otherwise, I didn't have any complaints or issues. Upon checking out, the staff were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I plan to return to this hotel in the future. Plus, the town of Glen Allen is a pretty cool place to visit.

The staff were there to do there job but not into customer satisfaction. The room smelled of ammonia that was overpowering so that I couldn't sleep. Unfortunately it was sold out so no other available rooms

The staff was kind and the parking was convenient. The location itself is near to stores. The only thing is that it has smell in the building, smell like cigarettes. It was not too bad for me, anyway.

Nice but noisy!

Fine getaway

Great Dog-friendly hotel.

Dog Friendly place to stay that was close to a lot of shopping. Room was comfortable, the small kitchenette was great- although there was already a faint food smell in the room upon checking in that did not seem to go away. Regardless, I would stay here again.
