The staff was fantastic. Polite, helpful, nice, relaxed. Room was clean and well organized. It would be nice if there was an easy turn into the parking lot, but that's a minor quibble.

We chose this place in a pinch. I needed a full kitchen and king bed and they had both. The room is small. No breakfast, no sofa, nightstand on one side only. No table to sit at for meals. Seems odd with a full kitchen and plates and you have to sit on the bed to eat. Luckily, brought my baby's bathtub, because there was no tub and both sinks are small. Also, after walking barefooted the bottom of my feet were black. I guess they figure gray floors don't need mopping. The channel guide on the TV did not work either. Staff was very accommodating as we needed to stay another night and we were able to keep our same room. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need. Served it's purpose.

Very Nice Space, Bed was comfy and the pull out couch was suprisinly comfy as well. The restraunent next door was good and it's in a great spot for the Convention Center. Front Desk service was prompt and professional. 10/10 will be staying here for my next convention in Richmond.

A good place to stay
The building was under construction but it wasn’t a huge deal other than not being able to take the stairs. The A/C in the bedroom did not work great- it didn’t have an option to have both constant fan and the A/C running, so if you wanted the fan on full time, it was just the fan and no A/C. Otherwise a nice place, big room. Would stay here again

Two nights straight the fire alarm went off total of times. When I approached the hotel desk to request some sort of discount for keeping me up two nights straight, I got nasty attitudes. I have to escalate this with my credit card company and also contact IHG corporate.

This property was horrible! The fire alarm went off at 1am and again at 4:30 am. They knew they had a problem with the alarms and failed to to let us know.

Don't judge this book by its cover.
My suite was very nice. It was well maintained, clean and included everything I could possibly ask for. The room remained very cool despite the extremely hot weather at the time of my trip. The common areas and outside of the hotel leave much to be desired, but inside it's good.

I hope the renovations will help
I understand that the hotel is going through renovations, but the room was disgusting. The hallways smelled like weed and I was not happy with the room. I have attached pictures of a couple problems, but the dents in the walls, mold in the ac vent, and stains throughout the carpets made us unhappy

It was horrible. The room reeked of smoke, there was loud hammering upstairs at 8am on Sunday morning. It was a disgusting room. First we were given the wrong room that didn’t meet our needs (we registered for 3 people supposed to have a bed and pull out but we’re given just one bed). The room we were moved to has cigarette burns on the couch and the counter and reeked of smoke. There were stains on the floor and ceiling. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation so didn’t have time to find a new place but we were horrified at the condition of the room.
