Great room in the heart of the Short Pump shopping area. Hotel is showing some wear, but the room was clean and the staff is very friendly.

Great place to stay. However I didn't like the way you go into the building to your room. The walls and ceiling could use an update. Has small kitchenette and pots ,pans, dishes, utensils and small coffee maker. Parking lot in great shape. Dog friendly.

Room is good size and a good deal for the price. Staff is very nice. Free coffee 24x7. Location is very good. The room was very quiet and had a lot of amenities s the only negative is that the room and furnishings are dated. With a little upgrade it could be great.

The parking was very good. I also liked that there were free washing machines and dryers to use at anytime of the day/night. I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an update. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Looks can be deceiving . . .
There was no bottom to the cabinet under the kitchen sink meaning supplies were laid directly on the linoleum. There were no recycling bins. There were no linens for the sleeper sofa. The floorboards under the tub creaked throughout our showers. There was no bar soap in the bathroom nor kitchen. One television remote did not operate correctly. The air conditioning cooled the living room, but, not the bedroom. There was no hair dryer. I killed a roach crawling on a wall in the hallway during checkout.

Guest satisfaction is very important to us and we use feedback like yours to improve our hotel conditions and service. We are sorry to hear that you experienced some issues during your stay. It looks like you booked a handicapped room, which is why there wasn't a cabinet in the bathroom, which allows for easier moment around the room for those with wheelchairs. As for the missing supplies, our housekeeper work extremely hard to inspect rooms to make sure they are ready for guest arrivals but unfortunately, some times small thing like this, can be overlooked. Next time, we recommend letting the front desk know about issues like these so that we can fix them for you as soon as possible. We hope that this does not deter you from returning again in the future as we highly value business from guest like you.

Second time @ same location this year. Enjoy the amenities, especially having the kitchen space & will stay again if in area. However, recent visit not as pleasant as visit in May. The first room we were assigned had strong smell of cigarette smoke. Stairway was not swept all weekend. The bulb in microwave over the stovetop out with no maintenance for the weekend, ice in refrigerator not keeping up with demand & out of ice downstairs.
