Comfortable at the Comfort Inn

Room was clean and linens smelled fresh. Also was pleased they allowed me to eat while they were putting out the free continental breakfast. I leave at 5:30 every morning & most of it was ready by the time I left. So a very friendly staff. Other hotels don’t have continental breakfast ready until right at 6:00. Thanks Comfort Inn!

Not the best experience.

The weather had a lot to do with it. The tv was out more than on. Breakfast was not good. And didn't clear the snow well.

Short family getaway

Great pool and hot tub, clean and comfortable room, friendly service. Only thing is the breakfast could have been a little better. Milk and juice was more warm than cold and sausage and eggs were closer to cold than hot.

Worth the stop

Only had a quick overnight stay but room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean (rare these days!) and the full breakfast buffet was very nice too! would stay again.

The stay was just ok. The bathroom had an awful smell. I believe it was just awful smelling cleaning products, but I couldn’t be sure. The beds were very comfortable. I would say cleanliness and appearance of the rooms was just average. The hotel serves its purpose, a place to sleep overnight.

Great stay for the price

The staff is very friendly and willing to help and go the extra mile. The room was nice and spacious and well kept. Very clean. my room was facing the highway and I couldn't hear any highway noise.

When in Richmond

The overall stay was good. I did have trouble with my room key for 2 straight days - every time I would come back to my room, I would have to go to the front desk to have them reactivate my cards. They were very friendly and apologetic about it, and did end up fixing my situation on the second-to-last day. Not a bad stay, overall.

disappointing

The room was clean but things missing. Pillows but the lady at front desk helped immediately. Sara was excellent and helped without hesitation. The hot tub was disgusting, couldn't wait to soak after driving 600 miles but I I would not get in that hot tub. Could not see the bottom!

Good breakfast

Hotel is convenient to the highway. Room was very clean. staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included bacon and sausage in addition to usual menu.
