Nice and clean, friendly staff.

Posted Nov 25, 2017
Pros: Clean room, easy access and exit to the hotel, friendly staff.
This is the 2nd time I've spent the night at this Facility, and although it is close to train tracks I found it to be a pleasing overnight experience. The room was more than adequate for my needs and clean and comfortable. You have your choice of restaurants nearby and there is easy access and exit to the Motel. All and all I give it a B+ for an overnight stay.

Convenient but needs work

Posted Oct 24, 2017
Pros: Convenient access to all roads (traffic light entry). Inexpensive.
Cons: Needs building maintenance and better parking - the building lot is small so there is limited accessibility for parking near the room.
Location: .
The hotel is conveniently locating just off I-70 along the main road through Richmond. The people were very nice and even switched up my room for a king-size in place of the 2 queens when they saw I was alone. The problem is the maintenance. There was a visible gap between the A/C unit and the wall and there were numerous flies that had gotten in to the room. Although I didn't use the microwave, when I touched it, the entire machine rocked as it was missing a foot. I wouldn't recommend it without the building undergoing some renovations.

Perfectly satisfactory room at a good price.

Posted Oct 23, 2017
Pros: Price
Location: Near Galo Italian restaurant, Glen Miller park, and not too far from Earlham College.
Near the train, so you can hear the freight train humming at night. I enjoyed the sound. Others might not.

Our stay has been good. We are have to stay here until we find a home. They've put up with us. Want to thank the hotel for letting us bring our 2dogs. Wish the breakfast was upgraded just a little. Fresh doughnuts not packaged sweet rolls. Over all the hotel is good.

Unfriendly, bad food, dirty

Not clean, and the worst continental breakfast I ever had in any motel. Unfriendly staff. Would not recommend to anyone.
