The shelf fell on my foot as soon as i placed my hat box on it. There was a dirty sock inside of the fold out sofa. Roaches in the hallwas. Got a refund and was gone.

Woke up with bed bug bites.Gangs of children run unsupervised yelling and screaming all over the hotel. Yelling and shouting is frequent during the day time. The entire hotel is disgusting and carries ann odd urine smell, which I assume is ammonia they use to clean hopefully. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I reserve for two nights, and when I arrived at 11 PM the desk was closed and I never was able to check in. The next day Expedia communicated with them to help me get my refund. I am still waiting. They end up still charging me, even though I never stayed. Lots of activity in the parking lot as well.

The pictures are NOT what this place looks like!! It is FILTHY and the smell of smoke is nauseating. There were holes in the couch, graffiti on the wall, the sink faucet was hard to turn on because it wasn’t mounted. This is NOT the place in the photos.

Don’t stay!
Never again!!! Don’t stay there EVERYTHING needed updating so old, no trash cans available. Had to have water run in shower a while because it came out black. Small bed. Shower Rod was bent so curtain wouldn’t stay in place so water went everywhere

We checked in and then left 20 minutes later. The room has roaches! There were roaches in the kitchen area crawling on the wall and ceiling. The hallway smelled really awful. It was musty and smelled like sour food and mildew. The floors in the room were sticky, the lamp was broken and the phone didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty, the walls has something splattered on it. The furniture was broken as well. Completely awful. The staff was pleasant enough and didn’t give me any trouble checking out. I did receive a refund.

Never again!
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The horrible musty/moldy smell made us all sick we couldn't wait to go home. The room had a kitchen but not one single cup, plate, utensil. Basic items hotels come with this one did not have. The grab and go breakfast was some granola bars at the front desk. The staff was friendly and you can tell they work hard but this place is so outdated and rundown. We will stay somewhere else next time we are in Richmond

This property was awful! No working elevator, extension cords all through hallway connected to lights, exposed wires hanging from ceiling, room windows left completely open, bugs in room, and staff not able to communicate. This property is horrible and that is putting it mildly. I went with a group with 6 reservations and they had everything mixed up from the start. #1- we had 2 people who were handicapped and 1 specifically asked for bottom floor. At first they had no bottom floor and was going to put us on the third floor WITH NO WORKING ELEVATOR! #2 check in took over an hour because we had to tell them them how to correct their mistakes repeatedly. (A person who requested a 2 bed/1 sofa room was being given a 1 bed only room, as an example. Every reservation was like this- not one went easily. #3 the hallways smelled like urine and weed. One hallway was only lit with painters lights- and no, no recent paint seemed to be happening. Then the smoke detectors were hanging from wires…I hope someone with fire department or something goes there and gets this handled! #4. Rooms smelled musty and were dirty. (Spiders, bugs, potential bed bugs, etc). Most rooms where completely outdated with gross carpeting but a few did have updated floors- although still filthy. Sheets were stained and gross- they did bring up better ones when I requested but even though where sketchy… #5- if you are thinking, but I could talk to front desk or manager if anything happens - don’t count on it. I stood at the front desk for 20min, ringing bell, and no one ever came. There is a sign saying to use the phone in lobby to get them however they must have forgotten to put a phone in the lobby! Just run away fast!
