The place was disgusting inside and out. The man at the front desk was nice, fortunately, but the room smelled as soon as the door opened, the floors were sticky, cigarette butts everywhere. We asked to be refunded and left immediately.

Giving 1-star was generous but this place is not in any condition to stayed at. My room smelled like rotten onions and when I complained to the front desk she tried to shove a marijuana smelling room at me!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE DON'T FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!!!!!

This is an.old property and looked old and shabby. It was as clean as an old property could be. There was no hair dryer and there was no shower. Major inconvenience

Unprofessional Employees & Maintenance Issues
The room was ok nothing special. The tub had stains in it and the bathroom sink never cut off no matter how you turned it. The front door had to be slammed to shut. There was only one light bulb and 5 lights in the room. The customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!Workers where rude from the time we checked in right up until we left. I don't understand why because we were very respectful not to mention we spent money to stay there.

Very problematic stay
The room had a smokey smell [to be a nonsmoking room]. There was no hot/warm water in the shower or sink. The toilet kept getting stopped up. The carpet was very dirty in many spots. The bathroom tub was dirty, to include the bath towel. The sink in the bathroom was not clean. The table in the common area was very dirty. The bed sheets had spots on them, and were covered with a blanket. The overall environment was a bit loud; someone was intent on getting in the room a few doors down from mine. They were banging on the door for the occupant to open, threatening to tear down the door [this was like 3AM]. The upstairs occupant [above my room] seemed like they were intent on stomping on the floor. Was awoken by the landscapers. When I arrived for my stay on Saturday night there was a strong police presence and groups of what seemed to be younger folk running around. There were constant cars pulling up for 5-10 minutes and then leaving [someone would pull up, someone would get out, go to the same room, and then come back out less than 5-10 minutes each time].

It served its purpose. still a little pricey for a room that you can hear noise all around. I did some pushups and noticed the huge opening under the door wide enough for a lot of creatures and people could get in?

The receptionist were very nice but the overall cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. there was a moldy smell in my room, the shower head and shower had hair still in it.

Requesting a refund
The service at the front desk was horrible! Didn't know how my paid room was paid for? The next patron was told his card wouldn't be charged but yet it was including my fee. A fee that was massively overpriced with roaches and other bugs crawling around. I could've taken that $170 up the street and stayed in Hilton or Marriot. I deserve a refund for this awful hotel stay.

Scared the whole night, killed three large weird spiders as soon as we walked in… put us next to stairs case and did not sleep because everyone and their cousins steady up and down the stairs near window until 6:46 am… left out early at 7:15 because we couldn’t take it anymore

Please beware when booking at this location. There is a nice looking Extended Stay hotel across the parking lot, and Google appears to use those pictures for the rooms when you go to book. When you arrive you are actually booked to stay in this motel across the street. The motel is run down and smells of marijuana (weed). The staff were polite. The first room we were given was covered in small roach like insects. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, and the room smelled of heavy cleaner like it was trying to mask a scent. When I asked for a refund they said the manager was not onsite (it was only around 5-6 pm). So instead I had them switch us to a new room. This one was better, but it was nothing like the pictures we saw online. I've stayed a Extended Stays in the past and had very good experiences, but this is one location I would never go back to.

The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! $123 for one night is not worth it. I will not recommend this hotel.
