The bed was clean and comfortable. The rest was kind of icky: stained bathtub, shower grout was dirty, burn stains on carpet, sink. I would have liked to leave the window open but no way to lock it unless fully closed. Just rather dumpy atmosphere. It was quiet for the night. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was difficult to find with GPS reading, however once we arrived we were greeted with a friendly and helpful desk clerk. We had stayed at a number of hotels during our month travel and this was the first that did not have an over whelming smell of cleaner and was reasonably priced. Better than we expected.

Although this hotel is not a 5-star one, it met my expectations. The hotel is very quiet, and the room is clean. The Grab and Go breakfast is good, and the employees are helpful and generous.

Initially they gave me a room which was not clean then moved to a different room which was smelling. Some old furniture or some kind smell. It was very high and It was unbearable. Also my room is exactly near to trash which is more inconvenient. Will never stay here or suggest anyone to stay.

Reservation was all wrong in their system. Took 45 minutes to check in. Took 3 tomes to get right room. Marijuana could be smelled. Loud kids playing on balcony living there. I will mot stay there again. Staff was nice though but would tske care of others while making me wait during my problem x 4. Which i thought it was rude.

This was the worst hotel I stayed at in my 60 plus yearsvof traveling. It was dirty, holes in the wall, broken, dented, dirty appliances. Bathroom toilet seat needed replacement, tub was dirty, stained, broked tiles, cracked fawcett. Water was cold in the shower. I went to the local gym to actually bath and freshen up. I stayed at the brand before and this location should be stut down and completely renovated.

There are a lot of aggressive and or sketchy looking patrons/residents in and out of the hotel rooms giving off a feeling unsafe. The wifi does not work either and the front desk staff is almost never at the front.

Absolute worst service in my professional life. They failed to honor my reservation and made no effort to rectify their mistake. To make matters Extended Stay would not make any attempt to assist us in finding any rooms at suster hotels. Excuse was they gave away my room and other rooms were out of service due to roach infestation. Do not stay there under any circumstance.

The pee smell outside the building greets you as you park to check in. Guys smoking right next to the "thank you for not smoking within 100 ft from the main entrance " sign continues the experience. The smell of old cigarette smoke in the room is infused in the carpet. No trash can in the room or a bathroom. Had to bag my trash and take it outside. Had to come back for a checkout since there was nobody at the front desk. Liked a tall fridge, there was no oven. The cheapest price in Short Pump area and central location are the best things about this hotel.

Arrived to find there were no utensils or pots to use. Called front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and no one came out to help during a wait of 10 minutes in front of a closed circuit video which I am sure was streamed to private quarters. Had to get an additional towel only one in the room. Flood need to be cleaned with clean water - our bare feet were dirty. We found two pills on the uncleaned floor - good thing we found them before our dig did. No amenities only one small bottle of soap. Full kitchen but no utensils, plates, cups, etc. the bed is as ok No hair dryer in the room. I would not have an extended stay here only ok for one night

I book my room on September 15 to September 16 they gave me a key to the room, when I open the door it was clothes everywhere in that room so I went back to the office and said y’all gave me a room while somebody staying they then they gave me a key to the room when I open the door it was food on the floor in the room so I went back to the office and threw the key on the floor and tell them to cancel my booking and refund my money back and I didn’t get apologize or nothing for they mistake..Plus the 2 dudes was working there was acting a lil weird
