Not the usual Holiday Inn. Newly upgraded, the executive suites are spacious and reasonably priced.

Stayed here as part of BC Ferries inside Passage trip. Drove to nearby Delta in a.m. to catch ferry. Staff helpful in suggesting restaurants nearby in Steveston Heritage Fishing Village. Unit well appointed including kitchenette with appliances. Room clean and comfortable.

This is a brand new hotel close to most amenities.

Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: Complimentary breakfast, free parking, guest laundry, suite hotel
Location: There are leisure and recreation facilities near the hotel. As well there are eating establishments right across the street.
The hotel is new, breakfast is included and has a nice little pool and hot tub. There is also guest laundry available at the hotel. The parking is abundant and free. The rates are very good for BC. Other than one rather unfriendly receptionist at the front desk all other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff worked particularly hard supplying a great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, need a car.

The hotel is nice but rather far from airport/city. If you have a car then not a big problem. Lots of things for kids in the hotel and nearby. Self-serve breakfast, not very much on offer.

Far away from the Downtown

Pros: Comfortable rooms
It's a good hotel with big and comfortable rooms but far away from the Downtown. Delicious breakfast is also part of the package

Very remote location, tiny rooms, grumpy staff.

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Expedia
Cons: Cost should be half of what we paid.
Location: We spent some time taking our toddler to a plant nursery. Otherwise, there is nothing in the area.
We were very surprised at how far removed this hotel was from the center of Richmond. We had to drive a half hour to get to Richmond city center. The staff were very officious. Not a smile to be found, and requests for assistance were generally ignored. For the cost, we expected a much larger room. Fitness area was also very tiny. Morning breakfast area was much too crowded, with selections unchanged from day to day.

Dear "Michael" Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your Guest Experience was not to your satisfaction. We strive to offer the best in service. With the busy summer, everyone wants to start their days off early with breakfast, which is consistent with all the other Holiday Inns. Kind regards, Karen McFerran Guest Service Manager
