Was disappointed

Pros: Staff was friendly. Beds are comfortable.
It looked nice at first, but then started to notice things one by one. I was going to take a bath, but you could see visible soap scum on the tub. So I took a shower instead and there was a clog because I ended up standing in like 4 inches of water by the time I was done. There was a staple coming up out of the carpet where it meets the tile that I stepped on. My co-worker who was in a separate room - her TV didn't work. And the worst thing was some disgusting looking stuff I noticed on the underside of my comforter, but unfortunately didn't see it until I'd spent two nights in the bed and was about to check out. Hotel stay

Very nice hotel. Nice guess service, and clean room. I wouldn't say anything negative about my stay. The only thing was wrong was the knob on the vent in the room was broke. But, luckily the room was at a comfortable temperature.

The receptionist was not informative at all. She did not give me any information about breakfast, wifi or said a word. Hotel was clean, comfortable but near a busy street. Area was not great. But overall experience was fine.

Worst stay ever

I didn't get any sleep that night because there was a toilet tank somewhere filling up all night. I couldn't close the drapes so lights were in my eyes all night and I was uncomfortable walking around in my room because you could see through the window.

Quiet evening. Industrial area of Richmond so there is nothing local. But we were there to visit family so it was not important to us to have local entertainment or dining

Nice holiday inn close to many shopping centers

Pros: Awesome room service, par cleanliness, very nice and respectful staff
Cons: The window shades!
Location: Down the street there's lots of shopping and chain restaurants. There's even a Priscilla McCall's adult store 3 min away for all the couples out there
The only negative thing I have is the windows (at least in the standard rooms) our room was facing towards the main road (can't remember the name but also facing the blue cross blue shield building) and the next morning we wake up it's a very sunny day and the window shades do not extend to cover the window. We woke at 8 a.m. with the sun blinding our eyes and into the whole room. Every hotel I've been to has shades to cover the entire window.
