Fire alarms not working correctly, went off first time at 3:30 am packed up went outside then told to return to the room then had alarms going off repeatedly until I left just before 5am with no rest. Extremely unsatisfied with the experience

Hotel just ok
Kay at reception was excellent. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room condition was clean but not exceptional. Tiny bath soaps. No fresh towels for day 2. Breakfast buffet unappealing, no fruit. Silverware looked dirty and was dumped in a tray. Overall hotel was ok but nothing to write home about.

I was very disappointed in my stay. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago when I was visiting family and had no issues. When I arrived, the lobby seemed clean and the staff was nice. When I entered my room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke or maybe mildew - it wasn't pleasant. The footstool was dirty and looked like someone had bled on it or spilled something red at some point. But none of this compared to the fact that at 11pm another guest of the hotel entered my room. He was just as surprised to see me as I was to see him and he apologized profusely. I got a call 10 minutes or so later from the front desk associate, Kaye, who seemed to be confused about what room she put me in. She seemed to be fixing whatever mistake she made in her computer system while she was on the phone with me. Honestly, at that point I couldn't sleep and ended up checking out a few hours later and driving home. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Road Trip stay
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room is do for a paint job other than that no complaints. Bed was comfortable and we had no issues.

Nice place!
We are regulars at IHG hotels. Our stay was comfortable and would stay again. The only that was bothersome was that they charged for a breakfast that you get for free at other IHG hotels.

Very average hotel
Our room was clean but it reeked of cigarette smoke and everything is a bit worn out. It is more like a 2.5 star hotel, not a 3 star. Additionally, the pool was closed. We will not be staying there again.

Hotel was very clean and good looking for the most part. Stayed for a night and was decent. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Room had a small fridge and a microwave which is a huge plus. Good dining options close by and a gas station right next door. Close to highway easy on and off. Staff was courteous. A few minor issues in the room. No luggage stand to place your bag on in the room. The sink was clogging up and phone didn't work. Notified the front desk and they said they'll have maintenance look into it.

having handicap rooms all the way on the 3rd floor is a bit ridiculous. If people are handicapped, they don't want to walk a mile to get to their room. Having only 2 luggage carts for the whole hotel is also a bit ridiculous. We waited for over 25 minutes hoping that one nice guest would bring back a cart. Of course that didn't happen. We had to go to each floor trying to find one that we could use. We did finally find one on our own. If you are only going to have 2 carts for the whole building then have someone around to go and look for them when they are missing in action. A guest going to look for one just so they can get their stuff in their room is UNBELIEVABLE. When there are 2 people standing at the counter and you are coming in to check in, and one never acknowledges that you are even there is really just plain down right RUDE! She could've just said hello welcome to Holiday Inn or whatever it is they say and that they that she was doing whatever and that the other would be with us after she was finished checking the guest in. Instead of doing any of that she bent down and hid her face behind the computer screen, which is down right RUDE. If I was ever in this area again I do not believe I would stay at this hotel again. With all of the issues we have had since we checked in it is definitely NOT worth the price we paid!!!!

Ok experience
The room was wonderful but was not the same as in the description. It said that there was a pull out couch but there was no couch at all. Other then that it was a blast.
