Family friendly and Worth the Price

Pros: Location and cleanliness
In comparison to nearby hotels, I am so happy my husband encouraged us to go to this hotel. We stayed at a nearby hotel that was only a few dollars cheaper, but the quality of the room, bed, and facility was notably lower. This Holiday Inn was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast, while not included in our package, was actually better for our family because they made breakfast to suit our dietary needs. Our family of four slept comfortably in a double queen room. Stored toddler's food in the fridge. There was a clean microwave as well, but we didn't need it. Good amount of seating options in the room, and a Nice size desk that allowed us to spread our "take-out" dinner easily. The pool was closed for some reason so I can't comment on that. However, I still highly recommend this particular facility. Also, location wise- this hotel is great. The food options, shopping, and incidental needs are all within a 3 -5 mile radius on the same street and easy to drive to.

Very nice hotel

Pros: I loved how polite everyone was and how clean the hotel was.
Cons: The breakfast isn't included in the stay. Kids do eat free tho.
Location: Richmond indiana. It's right next to Ohio so u can always go into Ohio. We did miniature golf and they have a really nice park that we went to.
We traveled 9 hours with 2 kids and called them to see if we could check in early. They actually upgraded us to a room with a king size bed and a set of bunk beds. My kids loved that they had a tv in their room and a little desk. We will always stay there when do our annual trip.

Nice hotel

Location: Was close to location I was interested in.

Nice family atmosphere

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was tremendously helpful as a rule. Brittany made my children's breakfast experience absolutely wonderful and Corie made the check-out process very easy.

Disaster stay for me.

My vacation was ruined by Richmond Holiday Inn. I paid cash for my 3 night vacation weekend. Holiday in put a hold on my funds and overdrew my account from their history records of my debit card numbers. I was also charge overdraft charges because of their unauthorized use of my bank account. I was unable to travel during the day or go out to nice dinners or even put gas in my car to see any attractions in the area, so no vacation photos of places of interest. I was unable to use the funds I had saved for a few months. I will not be back to the Richmond Holiday Inn. It will be another year or so before I will have time to enjoy a vacation. Disaster stay for me! Would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. My misfortune seemed to be funny to staff. I was just a room number not a person.

Wedding Bliss

In town to attend a family wedding. Convenient location. Only complaint was Hotel was surprisingly noisy. We could hear the residents above us walking and talking. Otherwise, clean and well appointed hotel. Might want to turn down the air condition in the common areas.
