Solid hotel

Had some key trouble but it got sorted no problem. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel close to EKU

Attended EKU home coming festivities and the hotel was reasonably priced and in close proximity to the university. It was an added plus to discover the hotel was next door to Cracker Barrel!

Nice hotel but missing some amenities

Nice staff and nice breakfast Clean Issues with no elevator My elderly father could not have a bath because the rim of the bathtub was too thin.

The breakfast was really nice with a large variety of food items. Allthough some of the children have picky appetites, they all found plenty of things they liked.

1 hour stay

Pros: nothing
Cons: appearance, cleanliness of building, appearance of employees etc.....
we checked in and about an hour later we checked out and kept on driving!!!!

Don't Count on Expedia Price

We have stayed at this hotel before. It was nice and clean. The night staff was always nice and friendly. This time was different and awful. We we're charged almost 30$ extra. When we were checking out the next morning the girl at the front desk said she couldn't find us in the computer and couldn't find our Expedia reservation and had to charge us the full price. The whole thing was ridiculous and we won't be going back.
