It was so dirty curtains i was scared of touching them. The shower was gross. The couch was very dirty. The worst was that the door connecting the rooms in the suite could not be open from inside the bedroom. The pool was a disgusting green. Very upset about finding this hotel on expedia

Old hotdog behind bed, bed sheets had stains and hair. We were traveling and tired to complain we sleep in our clothes. Shower would not get hot and tub would not drain

The room was fine. Clean and comfortable. However, the hallway carpet really needs to be cleaned and the outside of the property is full of litter.

Close to dog show was the only positive. Phone didn't work, microwave didn't work, cracked tile in bathroom on floor, sticky carpeting in room, mattress sliding off of platform. NOISY kids running through the hallways at 7am and up until midnight. When we politely asked them to respect those who were trying to sleep, these children hurled profanity at us. NOT acceptable.

Property had horrible smell, first room smelled like dog, moved to another room that smelled like mold, terrible odor throughout. Rooms and furnishings were outdated and completely worn out. Was more like staying at a homeless shelter than a nice hotel property. LaQuinta should never put it's name on this property.

We booked a King Bed, Double Queen family suite. When we arrived, nothing was said about that not being available. When we got to our room, we were in a Double Queen with a pullout couch. We went to the front desk and were told the type of room we booked was not available at their property and the third party booking site has a code wrong and it is their fault. They also said the third party booking site has had this wrong for over a year. We looked at SEVERAL third party booking sites and all of them have pictures of a King, Double Queen Family suite for this hotel and it is hard to believe all of these other sites have bad information. It felt like the property is purposefully misleading families into reserving something they do not offer and hoping when they get there, they will just accept it and move on. They did not offer a discount, extra rooms, or anything. Additionally, the room had broken lamps and the pullout couch was broken. It was a terrible experience and the customer service was not helpful or seemed to care that it was wrong. He just kept telling us to contact the third party company, even when I asked for a confirmation number or someone in the company to contact.

Description on the website was very misleading, no fitness center, the pool was very dirty and dated. The walls had holes and were missing trim / wallpaper. The room itself was disgusting, blood stains on the lamps, huge crack in the sink and several loose tiles in the bathroom floor. Had there been another option available and close by we would have left or cancelled the reservation. Definitely not worth the money.

You get what you pay for
The desk clerk was lovely, very welcoming and pleasant. The room was shabby, outdated and worn out. The mattress was lumpy, the shower was not ADA accessible and the bathroom looked dirty. The pool seemed to have a film on top of the water and the breakfast was just okay at best. The term "you get what you pay for" was very true in this case, as the price was very reasonable.

The yard and surroundings were full of litter, none of beds on first floor facing side walk were made, stains and dirt on hall carpet, sticky material on the floor of our room, too many areas of broken off trim. Clean sheets and towels were appreciated.

The only good point is it’s located across from Kings Dominion. Too many bad points: no shuttle, lack of breakfast, pool needs remodeling, customer service needs training, beds are uncomfortable and the pictures doesn’t match the hotel

No shuttle and hot tub as advertised. Pool was freezing cold. I understand it was not heated but room was very cold which made the water colder. In room 327, the carpet was badly stained and the sofa bed was broken and needs to be trashed. WiFi sucked! Breakfast cleared before 10. Overall, a bad experience.
