Overall worst experience at a hotel in my life.

Internet said check in at one PM. Not allowed until 3pm. Under construction. Hammering at 7am. Called front desk. Was promised late check-out. Then they told me they were going to call the police after 10am. If I was not out.

There are no amenities. No shampoo, lotion or in room coffee. Staff is nice and helpful.

Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: As it is being completely renovated, no way to say at this time.
Really awesome desk clerk. Hotel was VERY clean, which is the main thing I look for in a hotel or motel. And the entire place is being refurbished.

Non-smoking hotel that smells like smoke

Non-smoking room/hotel smells like an ex-smoking place. This needs to be eliminated in order to earn higher ratings. Next, the front desk clerk did not accept my pre-paid Hotels Dot Com stay and I had to spend 40 minutes with them on the phone to resolve the issues. Makes using them for all future stays much less appealing.
