The room is comparably larger than most of the other hotel rooms, featured with a full sized kitchen, which would be very convenient for family trip with kids or older people who needs hot food occasionally.
Our stay was so enjoyable! The staff was so great, especially the man who sets up and manages the breakfasts! We will return, great food, clean rooms and the price was very affordable!

The toilet in my room was broken, it ran nonstop. I had to fix the flap inside the tank to get the water in the toilet bowl. Upon leaving I told the guy near the desk and she simply stated he would let maintenance know. There was no concern for my stay.

This hotel has little old and dirty. I caught the cockroach this morning. I've been to many hotels for my kids' sports games over the past 10 years, but I've never had anything like this happen.I am disappointed it.

We were disappointed with our stay. Took three tries to get a room. The 1st the bed was unmade, the 2nd the refrigerator didnt work. While the 3rd had a working fridge, the kitchen was dirty and the light switches were dirty. Blackout blinds were old and ripped. Overall property is old, and obviously not maintained, but not sure why it isn't being cleaned properly.
I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the corned beef hash. My only wish would be more cable channels. Also they were testing the fire alarms. I'm glad it worked, but a heads-up would have been nice.
All of the front desk clerks were so nice and helpful. We loved out room. We chose a suite for the extra room. This was the first time we stayed at a Resident Inn we really enjoyed it and the breakfast was great!

Different flavored waffles were good/eggs were not good. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer, so that was surprising. We had a suite which included everything needed for cooking and eating (utensils were really cheap) and even had a dishwasher and iron and ironing board.
Very Clean. Amazing Breakfast and Breakfast Staff. Helpful Front Desk.
Cabinetry in Handicapped unit Kitchen showing age.
Handicapped Bathroom is superb.
Showtime on TV is fantastic.
Wifi was strong and easily navigated.
Convenient Location.
Great stay.

Our room was clean. We didn’t have a shower curtain in our bathroom and when we called to get one they told us we couldn’t get a shower curtain as it was locked up in housekeepers closet.
Nice, spacious, and clean room. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Good Breakfast. Kind staff. We rolled in at 10:40 and were treated well after a long and hard day of traveling. Will stay again if in the area.

The property looks good at first glance... but the rooms are lackluster. The kitchen sink had no hot water, the dishwasher is very loud, the stove top knobs don't work correctly, there are no pans to use in the oven and the "couch" is awful.

Actually, not bad. However, if the rooms are not going to be cleaned everyday, at least check in with the guests to see if they need anything and pick up the trash and dirty towels. We had to ask several times for clean towels, toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags. Also trash wasn’t picked up timely.
