It’s was a good stay. Not the most modern but definitely an effort to keep the place clean. Everyone was super nice and friendly. When ever we asked they answered. Only flaw is that elevator. It’s super not busy cause of the pandemic. But still 10-15 minute wait most times.

I really liked my stay. It was quiet, the room was large and the mi repave, fridge and coffee machine was great. Shout out to Alicia at the front desk. She made my stay extra easy.

Excellent and attentive front desk staff who helped fix a concern immediately. Felt safe in COVID times as good protocol in place. Frustrating that the Starbucks counter was not open for morning. Elevators a little frustrating to wait for with limited people allowed in them. Also took stairs down one morning and the signage misleading as it implied we could get to lobby using them however it took us to an outside door that had an “alarmed” sign, so we ended up having to walk back up the stairs to wait for the elevator! I really liked that they told me that any airport clients are assigned to rooms in the other tower and locals in the other. Tells me they are taking the COVID issues seriously.

Staff was far too good for a Sandman in Richmond.... awful beds, terribly uncomfortable. Grounds and surrounding area are deeply depressing.
