The property was in horrible condition, to be a hotel located in the heart of Chester this condition of this hotel was absolutely disgusting . The first room we got, there was dog feces in the room, mold in the shower, the ac/heater sounded like a rocket was taking off every time it turned on, there were burn holes in the comforter, the kitchenette stove eyes were glass and broken.We complained and were then moved to another room, which was infested with roaches and had MOLD in the bathroom and the fridge had mold in the seals. We were then moved to a 3rd room, we didn't even get far enough in the room to turn the lights on because the smell of urine was overwhelming as soon as you open the door. We were then moved to a 4th room with roaches, burn holes in the comforter, no batteries in the tv remote and you guessed it MOLD in the shower again. I requested a refund at this point, where the front desk attendant stated he cannot refund the stay unless it is within 50 minutes of booking. The rooms and building are outdated and disgusting, however they are remodeling the lobby. People hanging around the entrances and exits all hours of the day and night. Quickly found out that this is where Chesterfield County houses drug-addicts. Save yourself the headache and discomfort DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!! I have been to some crappy hotels, but this one right here....I would not waste your money booking here, I have yet to receive a refund for this awful experience from Expedia or the hotel

The hotel was disgusting. The room was infested with cockroaches, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were people screaming at all hours of the night, and the amenities were old and run down. It was cleaner sleeping on the floor during my deployment to Afghanistan.

I checked in and got to my room and turned on the light and roaches scattering everywhere. Very dirty inside and out . It looks like a homeless shelter. Don’t ever go here.
