“Older building but well maintained. We had stayed here previously a few years ago and it seems much nicer now! I am a breakfast person and the breakfast here is EXCELLENT! I will come back and stay here just for the breakfast when I'm in Richmond. This trip was for my son's swim meet, important to have a bathtub, not just a shower, and older facilities usually have tubs (thank goodness). My only trivial complaint is that the air conditioning unit, while it worked just fine for being older, it……

“The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.”

“Everything was ordinary, but the terrible part was being charged $9 for parking. That's truly unfair. Parking should either be free for guests”

“The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.”
