Pleasant, efficient, clean.

Pros: Reasonable price, proximity to airport, on convenient route into the city and its environs.
Cons: Breakfast a bit skimpy even for a "quick continental" breakfast.
Location: Near airport, gas & restaurants. Good access to city points. Enjoyed Ginter Gardens, the Poe museum, and the Shockhoe and canal front neighborhoods.
Straightforward basic accommodations. Not fancy but clean and comfortable with helpful friendly staff.

THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL! And helpful during our stay, and very kid friendly! The room was great!!! And very clean!

Very tight/sm stuffy

Guess couldnt expect much for the price but room could definitely use some upgrades bath room sink stain​ed air quality poor very tight and stuffy staff nice gd location

nice hotel close to the airport

Very nice staff as well as easy check in and check out process. Very clean rooms. Housekeeping staff is very nice and helpful as well.

Softball Trip

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleaning and guest controll
Run as fast as you can in the other direction! We were in Richmond area for a softball tournament that ran over due to weather. The hotel appears to be a permanent residence for several of the guests. We had a swat team come to the hotel to "collect" a guest staying there. The room was filthy and did not appear to have been cleaned. The window in our room had no way to lock and keep outsiders out. There were doors slamming and people yelling from 1am-4am. We were only there one night and that was too long. Should have saved the $100.00 and slept in the car where it would have been cleaner and safer.

The AC in my room wasn't working properly so that wasn't good at all on a hot day. Beds were comfortable, slept well.

Not staying here again!

Check in was horrible. Only one person working and taking so long! We had just drove 18 hours and we had to use the rest room and they wouldn't let us use the restroom till we checked in and we already booked the room online. The room was on smoking but people would come into the hall and smoke!!!!!! Breakfast was horrible as well. The check in lady was very rude towards us when we asked if she had different milk. She rolled her eyes and she seemed like she really hated her job. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedsheets had blood on them. Had to put a towel underneath myself.
