Modern friendly hotel / Inn, really helpful let me leave car parked with them for a couple if days whilst I stayed elsewhere in London in between stays at their hotel. Nice touches like real milk in the fridge for coffee.

Base for visiting family/close to townPosted Mar 17, 2017
No traffic noise as rooms at back but walls thin, kept awake by TV in neighbouring room till 2.30 a m.! 11.0am check out ideal for me as no rush tho left before that. Was surprised to be asked about allergies when I booked us in for dinner and impressed to be given a whole folder to consult when ordering. Unfortunately not all menu requests were available that night. Bed comfortable and room temperature at your control tho had to leave curtains closed a lot as no screening from car park ! Had problems operating the car park barrier on leaving and receptionist didn't offer to come outside and show me what to do but nice to know it was secure overnight.

Outstanding accomodations in Kingston upon ThamesPosted Mar 13, 2017 on Hotels
In a town with scarce parking, just having a free car park sets this place apart. But there is so much more to like. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great service from every staffer we encountered. Did I mention they put Walker's Shortbread cookies in your room each day? And the attached pub is a great place to unwind, with bonus points for its affiliation with the Fullers brewery, ensuring a great selection of ales. Although this is across the bridge from the Town Centre, it is a short, scenic walk and just as convenient as anyplace on the other side of the Thames.

Stay was just what we needed for a family gathering in Hampton.

This was the only hotel available local to Twickenham on late availability but we were not disappointed. Lovely clean room and public areas. Friendly staff. We had a family deluxe room - a bit of a squeeze but for one night that wasn't a problem. Would be too small for a longer period stay though. We are thinking of staying again for our next visit to Twickenham.
