Pros: - El personal que nos atendió fue súper amable, en especial Felix y Antonio - El cuarto era bastante amplio y grande, las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas - El hotel está enfrente de la parada del bus 167Q para llegar a Manhattan por lo que, a pesar de estar lejos, solamente estamos a un bus de aprox 30 mins de distancia y no hay que hacer caminatas largas para llegar a la parada ($4.50 por viaje de ida) - Hay opción de buffet de desayuno por $17 dentro del hotel. Tiene bastante variedad como huevos, papas, tocino, bagels, queso crema, mermelada, croissants, yogurt, avena, cereal o pastelillos dulces - Parqueo grande y gratis Contras: - Cuando entramos al cuarto/baño por primera vez tenían un olor extraño y no agradable - Al día siguiente de llegar no hicieron la limpieza en el cuatro. Les hablamos a las personas de la limpieza y nos comentaron que cuando el hotel se llena mucho, dejan de hacer las camas en los cuartos de los huéspedes con 1 noche en el hotel. Los próximos días sí hicieron las camas. - La reserva estaba hecha para 4 personas y a pesar de eso nos estuvieron colocando solamente 3 toallas. Incluso un día se llevaron las toallas sucias y no nos pusieron ninguna toalla para el día siguiente. Teníamos que estar bajando al lobby a pedir la toalla restante (o las 4 toallas el día que no nos dejaron ninguna) A pesar de todo esto creo que sí regresaría más que nada por el precio y la distancia del hotel a la parada de bus hacia Manhattan.

Espectacular!!!
Si quieres tener una estadía tranquila y segura este es el lugar. Fui con mi esposa y mis dos hijos y definitivamente no pude quedarme en mejor lugar que este. No se deje engañar créame me sentí como en familia. Desde que me recibió Felix hasta que me fui. Excelente lugar.

The experience at the hotel really ruined an otherwise nice family vacation. The staff at the hotel is aweful. We sat around for almost 2 hours after traveling all day and our room was over an hour late for our check in. 1 person servicing the front desk thankfully speaks english but barely has enough time to deal with any issue or request. They won't give enough towels for the pool, which was rat packed- when you'd ask for TOWELS they brought another 4 for the pool area shelf and you'd have to run and grab them before the other people who also need towels did- Never mind getting a new set of towels for your room! The room was far from clean. My fridge broke day 1. Hich they replaced. Who knows if ill be charged. Still yet to see. There's no bar or resteraunt, it's a breakfast a la carte type stand? Which is run so poorly- their server is a miserable man who can barely speak/ understand english. Also open only until 10am and an adult has to go down so don't try to allow your kids to go get something. They'll tell you after they cook your a la carte item that they don't have bacon or homefries but "you got extra sausage." Which they will also charge you for despite it not even tasting good enough for the dog and you specifically said you didn't like. I also told the unpleasant server that I'd bring it up with the hotel as he asked me to but he followed me tho the desk infront of lobby of guests and yelled over me in broken English so i couldnt even solve my issue at the front

The people who worked in the hotel were rude, particularly Felix. There was garbage left in the drawers of the previous guests and customer service was beyond awful.

Hi. I'm sorry the hotel did not meet your expectations, I will have a chat with Felix but he usually gets very nice comments from the guest surveys. I will also speak with housekeeping regarding the garbage left in your drawer.

I liked this hotel overall. Very clean rooms but the AC unit in our room was a bit rusty and poses a health hazard.

One of our favorite hotels in Bergen County. Close to NYC, but safe & quiet. Perla at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. She made our stay very enjoyable! The breakfast was excellent, too.

This property was fine enough but they have no suites and they have no dining. I actually cancelled my stay and went elsewhere.
