Mattress firm to the extreme and not level. No on-site baggage storage. No on-site management (which meant management was not aware the smoke detectors were wired in and were being tested by a technician on on property rather than ringing due to batteries needing to be replaced). Not a true b&b in that there were only boxed meals to go.

So my family and I have been staying at this location for a few years now! I would say that we love the location as it is in close proximity to everything that Charleston offers! There were a few concerns with the hotel being that the indoor pool needs to be cleaned overnight so ready for action ...
