"Tha hotel location was very convenient to the old town area. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly especially Undinne at the check in desk. The room is small and the carpet has stains throughout. Other than that our stay was awesome."

I was so impressed with everyone's generosity in Riga and the staff in particular went above and beyond any other staff I have encountered around the world. Really, really good people!"

"Appreciated very helpful staff, firm, comfortable bed & pillows, refrigerator not filled with products to buy, kettle, dishes, strong shower, controllable air conditioning, quiet, drying rack. Concerns were no English-language TV news available, even France 24 in English was actually in French. It's a good 20& minute walk to transit & to Old Town. Hair dryer is mounted too far from outlet to plug in. Phone number for reception should be on the phone so easily found. No luggage racks."
