Probably, I was just unlucky...

Booked here late, after midnight...booking confirmation didn't go through, good we sorted it out through phone with customer service, but some time was gone. I got superior room instead of standard, though. There was a bad internet signal at reception, but was promised it will be good in the room. It wasn't...then I found 2 long blonde woman hairs in bathroom. In the morning while I was in the shower it looked like I heard knocks on the door, step out to check and found housekeeper did open the door already, but didn't go in as probably saw my stuff in the room. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, so You got a nice view, bit relaxing. However, room was big and nice. As I said, probably I was just unlucky to get such a room and such a situation with hotel staff. Overall hotel is good, except location.

Very nice hotel

We really liked our superior room, it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff really welcoming.

Nice, clean, but bit far away

The hotel is bright and new, and the restaurant on the top floor is a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The only negative is the location on the outskirts of the city near the port. That said, it's convenient if you have a car (rental), and taxis are very cheap that it never costs more than 4 or 5 EUR to get to the old town.

Filthy. Avoid it.

The woman receptionist was incredibly rude. She was reluctant on everything. She speaks good english but when it comes problem with room condition then she pretends she doesn't understand anything. There was no wifi connection in the room and she said come downstairs to use it. I asked to change the room she pretended she doesn't understand. i complained many times then she said rooms are fully booked. I've worked in hotels too so I know that full booking of rooms doesn't justify it. She agreed to change the room on the next day but then she didn't do anything on the next day. Room has poor soundproof you basically can hear every single word of your neighbours speak. Many hairs were found throughout the room and small piece of poo was found near the toilet too. Avoid it.

Clean hotel!

The stay was overall very comfortable, the surroundings were a bit scruffy and the location required a cab to downtown. Overall the stay was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful.
