Great hotel
Had a late check in. All good with reception. Hotel room very comfortable with many amenities. Breakfast with great choices both hot and cold. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, amazing staff
The hotel is in a great location overlooking a park and old town. The staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Limited on site parking with low ceiling in the garage but it’s secure and clean. Would stay again if in the area.

The AC did not work. I called the staff about it and they said they'll check it out. Three hours later, I called back and they said the AC is down and they do not have a technician on site and that we'd have to stay the night wikthout the AC. I coudn't sleep that night. I checked out the next day. Great location within walking distance to everything and good breakfast. Wifi was faster than most hotels.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Ryga. Centrally located within walking distance to all attractions including old town. Room and lobby clean and newly renovated. The breakfast is a kings spread with multiple options like one would see in high end hotels in Dubai

To be honest, we loved the hotel but we felt a little deceived, my wife specifically asked me for a hotel with a pool and in all the pictures on your site and theirs it shows pool facilities, when we arrived they said we don’t qualify for the pool and offered us an extortionate rate for two hours . When I made this booking looking at all the pictures in the advert I thought we had use of a pool , please can you check our booking and see when I booked they said no use of the pool with my booking price as I can’t see this.

However we are very sorry for inconvenience caused by misunderstanding with provided information regarding the room package. As the ESPA Riga spa is not a hotel property and is operated by separate company, the access to the leisure area is not included in all room categories, but based on cooperation is offering their facilities for more friendly price for our guests. The fitness room is for free for all the guests not depending on the room type and is located in the same spa center. For your future stays we kindly suggest you to pay attention to Superior class or higher category, where the spa access is already included in the rate and the room itself could be allocated on a higher floor with a nice view to the city. I do hope that if you will decide to return back to Riga you will give us one more chance to welcome you back and let us meet and exceed your expectations and create a new memorable moments. I stayed in Raddison for 7 days. Just because I paid the full amount upfront I couldn’t cancel the booking otherwise I wanted to cancel and leave. The pictures on the website are not matching the hotel. No help with the baggages when I checked in, and I was by myself with 2 big baggage. This is not a 4 star hotel for sure.. They gave me a first room, nice view but very old style. The shower wasn’t working and they changed me the room the next day. The second room was bigger but the toilet was dirty and Unfortunately I just checked and realised after I unpacked everything! Disgusting! When I checked in, I asked if I could use the spa. Of course you can, 2nd floor. After a long day of work, I went to use the spa and the spa receptionist (AGNESE) told me I couldn’t use it as I didn’t have my pass and she couldn’t charge as the hotel didn’t have my card details. Hotel had my card details. She said “do you have a limit on your card? Maybe you spent all the money” really? For 23€? I came back and the receptionist were in shock for the info I reported them. One day they forgot the clean my room and I found the rubbish in the room, no fresh towels. I informed the reception and they told me they had some problem on that day, I understand but at least inform me. If I will ever return them? Oh no I don’t think so! And I don’t recommend at all! Don’t go there!
