disappointing stay.
They have very few services, it's noisy and they ran out of toilet paper 2 days in a row. They made me move from a room I'd already paid for because they screwed up their reservations and asked me to go to another hostel across town, with no financial compensation offered. When I refused, they offered me a bed in a closet-sized room, which I took because it was the last night I would ever stay there. I would rate it a 3.

Dishonest, dirty & dreadful.
This place is truly awful. I have stayed in hostels worldwide but never stayed anywhere as miserable as this. The photos & description of the hostel are inaccurate & untruthful & the amenities listed as available do not actually exist; this accommodation is therefore being mis-sold. There is no outdoor pool or 24hr room service (in fact there's no room-service at all). Reception is not open until midnight, it closes at 6pm (which is important to know as check-in is not possible once reception has closed). There's no kitchen, there is an area with a table, microwave, washing machine & fridge (which stinks); there is not even a sink. None of the purported in-room facilities are present: there is no ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker, desk or phone. None of the rooms have bathrooms as advertised. There are 3 very tiny shared showers & 2 shared toilets. The whole place is dirty & smells; there is no fresh air into the property. It doesn’t matter which room you book, you are very likely to be downgraded to a worse room, but still charged the original price, the staff will claim this is fair because the room prices vary per night!? I had booked a triple room; the "single room" I was put in was so terrible there isn’t even a photo of it on the website, I’m certain it was originally a store room, it was just bigger than a mattress (which was on the floor) & there was no window. I heard other people complaining that they had also been put into a smaller room, without any cost deduction.

Nice little hostel with friendly staff!
Conveniently located within walking distance to the Old Town and other attractions, plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and the hostel was clean and very quiet. Highly recommended for people on a budget!

Центр Риги.все магазины рядом.работают до 23.00. Персонал понравился. В отдельном номере свой туалет. Из минусов-полотенце плохо пахло,хоть и было чистое. Не мешало бы сменить стиральный порошок для стирки. Администратор предоставил кофе с сахаром. Цена +++

Üldkasutatavate ruumide koristatuse tase jättis soovida, samuti oli kööginurk tehtud koridori, täpselt nö. peretoa vastu. Hostelis puudub ööpäevaringne töötaja, seega kella 1 öösel hakkas joobes seltskond nt. süüa tegema ja ukse taga lärmama. Hostelit ei külastaks enam kunagi, eelkõige üldise klientuuri tõttu (purjus meed, ehitustöölised jne).

Hotells.com jeg har et spørsmål til dere. Hvordan går det med mulig å legge ut bilder og beskrivelser av rommene på et overnattingssted som ikke finnes i det hele tatt der. Jeg har bestilt et dobbeltrom for en prs og fikk rom til 3med køyesenger uten toalett. Jeg har krevd å finne til meg rommet som jeg har bestilt og betalt og fikk svar at sånn type rom finnes ikke. Løgn og juks. Alt var forferdelig skitten ekkelt og stygg . Matlaging i gangen uten vinduer og ventilasjon, ingen lydisolering , veggene var tynnere enn papp og man kan høre alt hva naboen snakker om i naborommet. Ingen renhold på felles arealer. Dette er det verste overnattingsstedet jeg har vært på i hele mitt liv. Jeg ber dere å fjerne Tiger hostel fra søkemuligheter, da jeg ønsker ikke at noen blir lurt på samme måte som meg. 2 døgn uten sovn og ro.

Think one more time .
It was terriable . Reception guy was drank and he is not kind. When I said " I cant sleep ", he shouted and he said " it is not your country " . He is alcoholic . Rooms dont have curtain. Hostel dont have kitchen. They use coridor like a kitchen. You clean your dish at toilet. İt is not safe place .

予約していたのに予約確認されてなく、二泊中一泊は男子部屋に入りました。二泊目は約束通り自分一人の部屋にしてもらって快適でした。私は結構旅慣れてる方なのでこんなもんだろうという感じです。笑 スタッフも雰囲気別に悪くないしもしちゃんと予約が確認されていたら満点でした。

バスターミナルから近く徒歩5-7分くらいでした。 近くにスーパーや人気のファミリーレストランのLidoもあり、ロケーションが良かったです。 トイレ2つ、シャワー3つで、シャワーは使いやすかったです。 キッチンもあり、そこまで清潔ではないですが、電気ケトルや冷蔵庫を自由に使えるので便利でした。

一階がバーで、深夜1時くらいまでは騒がしい。個人ロッカーをデポジットのみで借りられるが、なんと他の人にも同じロッカーの鍵を貸したようでロッカーを開けられ使われた（自分の荷物は隣の空きロッカーに移されていた、もちろん無施錠）。 値段は安く立地も良いがその分客層のマナー等は低め

It was a very nice and clean hostel we booked a whole room for 5 people quite nice price and the room was cleaned but not so comfortable... A very big disadvantage is that reception closes at 6 p.m so if you arrived after this time you wanna have big problem... The sheets was old and looks little dirty....Nice hostel although.... Clean toilets and nice showers...

このホステルならおすすめです。
ドミトリータイプの部屋ではなく多少割高だったが、個室タイプに宿泊、部屋も広いし、臭くなかった。駅に近いし、オペラホテルの隣です。看板が小さかったので見逃して通り過ぎてしまいましたが、オーナーもとても感じが良かった。外から部屋に入るために三重のロックがあるので安全。早朝便で出発するため、午前３時にタクシー予約をしてもらったが、ちゃんと夜勤の人が起こしに来てくれた。一時間前には目覚めていたが、欠点はテレビがなかった。虎模様や豹柄のシーツはいまいちのセンス

Неплохое место для нетребовательных гостей.
Очень понравилось расположение. В непосредственной близости вокзалы, магазины, Лидо (сеть питания), центр города. Весьма доступные цены. Собственно, ввиду этого требовать что-то особое не вижу смысла. Хостел для нетребовательных гостей со всеми вытекающими.

I have stayed here one night with my friend. Good location and nice facilities. My friend stupidly forgot to take his ear phones but thanks to kind employee, we could get it back. I recommend you to stay here!

Perfect place to stay at!
Hostel is in the city sentrum with lots too see and do right around tha corner, very clean, no bad smell, nicely decorated corridors, perfect location of the hostel, room was quite big and the beds were comfy and quite wide, clean sheets and towels, no bad noises from the outside the street. Very clean shower and toilet with a dispenser full of soap and other stuff you could need. Kitchen offers a huge variety of teas, everything is available,clean and of good quality. Would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone who would like to visit Riga and stay there for a night or two, maybe even with kids. It was 5 of us on new years eve and everyone of us were very pleased! Looking forward to stay there next time too!
