ROOMY and CLEANPosted Oct 29, 2015
Pros: Far enough off the main road to be quiet.
Cons: Confusion over the type of room I chose. Hardly anyone at the motel, could have offered the same room but different location, but they didn't.
Location: Passing through, didn't really engage in tourism.
The room was quite nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, slept well, good views from the rooms. Had coffee and cookies in the evening. Also had a good breakfast. Staff was pretty helpful.

May not be a Best Western anymore, it's betterPosted Oct 6, 2015 on Hotels
Escape to Riggins to do a little early steelhead fishing. The only downer was the hot tub was out of commission, but not a big deal. Make sure to partake in the 8pm cookies and milk! Nicest place to stay in Riggins. Staff is friendly and helpful.

On the Snake.Posted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: Great room seating and relaxing area. Outdoor patio overlooking the Snake River Canyon. Completary glass of wine / beer.
Superb hotel location overlooking the convergence of the Big and Little Snake Rivers and the Big Snake Canyon. Quiet, comfortable hotel for a relaxed stay.

Great for a stopover and best in areaPosted Oct 3, 2015 on Hotels
Was a great place for a stopover on the long journey from Vegas to Canada (not the only stop!) - very little in the town (not in a bad way, it's s stopover place), but this is by far the best hotel in the area. It's well constructed, there is a nice pool and hot tub and the staff are relatively friendly, but expect a little "local" flavour rather than big city service mentality (that's not meant as negative as it sounded!)
