Just a wonderful little hotel
Everything, from the staff to the cleanliness to the breakfast to the location of this hotel, is great. It’s on a quiet street minutes from the beach. The jacuzzi in the room was a great amenity. The showers setup was different, but it worked. The breakfast was awesome, and we also enjoyed the nightly happy hour. We would definitely recommend the place for couples.

Quaint little hotel in Rimini.
The staff were outstandingly helpful comma and the breakfast buffet was full of options. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely stay would definitely go back
Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spot close to everything. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety, fresh coffe made to order and eggs of your choice. Very good value for money.

A very welcoming hotel.
Hotel Memory is a good basic hotel. The rooms are very small and our shower could have done with some maintenance. The sealant had gone which meant that every shower resulted in puddling all over the bathroom floor. However, it was all fine and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the nice lady on reception and the man who serves the breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and the made the stay very enjoyable. They make their own cakes for breakfast which was great!

Ci sono andato in bassa stagione per esigenze di lavoro. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo, non parliamo di lusso ma di un onesto tre stelle con camere essenziali e pulite.Buona la posizione sia per il centro che per il lungomare. Ottima la colazione (torte fresche, buoni pure i cornetti), cappuccino e caffè fatti alla macchina da bar (gentilissima e professionale la ragazza addetta) e non con quelle macchinette automatiche che abbassano la qualità. Non è tutto perfetto, qualche arredo andrebbe riammodernato, il bagno era piccolo, aspetti comunque accettabili in relazione al prezzo. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Si deve migliorare
Alcune accortezze potrebbero migliorare il servizio offerto. La temperatura della stanza era di difficile regolazione, così come il termostatò della doccia che, nonostante la spiegazione del personale, non è stato semplice usare. Il letto matrimoniale in realtà è ricavato da due letti singoli affiancati e non c’era una coperta aggiuntiva, nonostante gli armadi davvero enormi. La sala della colazione si è rivelata troppo piccola per accogliere tutti i congressisti che si sono necessariamente ritrovati alla stessa ora. Nota di merito al personale che ce la mette tutta, ma non è un hotel 3 stelle.

Gentile Francesca,La ringraziamo per la Sua permanenza e per la Sua recensione,mi offre la possibilità di esprimere la nostra natura.Il Memory è un tre stelle basic dai piccoli spazi, tuttavia, le coperte e le spiegazioni in più non mancano, amiamo soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti, ad ogni richiesta rispondiamo prontamente. La colazione in veranda è generalmente il ns servizio più apprezato, tuttavia, per chi ama la velocità meglio optare per il nostro bar al piano terra, con cornetti caldi e caffetteria classica disponibile ad ogni orario.Più di questo ci è difficile andare anche in ragione dei prezzi più che onesti che applichiamo.Provare la concorrenza è più che giusto, ma noi la aspettiamo volentieri se desidera tornare da noi.Speriamo a presto!

I stayed here in late September. Great place to bike and walk. 500 m from a magnificent beach which goes for miles, plus a great boardwalk. Every one seems happy and healthy. Tons of restaurants, many specializing in seafood. Hotel is simple and unassuming on a quiet street. Breakfast was perfect and staff-especially at the front desk-was great. E molto bionic!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer respektive der Ausstattung. Frühstücksbüffet nicht zufriedenstellend. Brot immer sehr hart und auch sonst keine grosse Auswahl. Whirlpool im Zimmer war defekt.

Sehr geehrte Frau Melanie, es tut uns sehr leid, Ihre Bewertung zu lesen. Das Ihnen zugewiesene Zimmer ist der beste, den wir an Service bieten können. Sie wollten die schöne Wellness-Terrasse, die Ihnen zur Verfügung stand, nie reservieren. Die Wanne wurde von unserem Wartungstechniker überprüft und ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir haben auch über das Frühstück gelesen und es tut uns leid, aber über das hinaus, was wir bereits anbieten, ist es für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel unmöglich, etwas hinzuzufügen. Pizza, gekochte und Rühreier, Piadina, Würstchen, warme Toasts, Aufschnitt, Obst in großen Mengen, Ananas, Wassermelone, Melone, Pfirsiche, Aprikosen, Weintrauben, Äpfel, 5 Sorten hausgemachte Desserts, 3 Sorten Croissants, Express-Kaffee serviert Cafe. Wenn dies nicht ausreicht, sind wir aufrichtig entwaffnet. Vielleicht hätte man sich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel entscheiden sollen. Es tut uns sehr leid.

Albergo con personale gentile e simpatico (e non è pica cosa). La stanza singola che ho preso era piccina ma c’era tutto il necessario per le mie esigenze. La colazione era abbondante (frutta, dolci freschi, salato) e cosa importante: era fino alle 12:00!!! Anche per chi si sveglia più tardi! Personalmente reputo un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Spero di tornarci il prossimo anno!

Un long we di famiglia, in un’accogliente struttura, che accoglie anche i nostri amici a 4 zampe. A due passi dal centro e dal mare, raggiungibili attraverso il parco. Non siamo riusciti a provare la Spa (da prenotare), ma ci torneremo.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli Riminillä.
Erittäin hyvä hotelli ja hinta/laatu-suhde. Palvelu oli huippuluokkaa, aamiainen todella hyvä ja riittävä. Kattoterassi yksityisellä jacuzzilla oli mahtava kokemus. Suosittelemme erittäin vahvasti.

Soggiorno gradevole
La hall è gradevolmente arredata in stile '900, la camera (parlo della singola) con letto ad una piazza e mezzo, molto comodo, terrazzino molto grazioso arredato con poltroncine, arredamento informale ma curato, in bagno sono presenti gli accorgimenti per persone disabili. La colazione viene servita al 3° piano in una terrazza molto carina, colazione minimal ma è presente il bar, il cappuccino è "vero", non da distributore.

Veldig bra!
Servicen var fantastisk, veldig koselig familie som eier hotellet. Vi vår nok litt uheldig med rommet vi fikk. Rommet hadde verandadøra ut mot en av de private områdene som vi ikke fikk bruke, noe som gjorde at vi mistet uteplassen.

Clean and comfortable hotel with great staff :)
Stayed at the hotel for 5 days on a business trip, and was very happy. Hotel is clean and comfortable with a very welcoming and serviceminded staff , I even had the problem of my rental car going out of battery and they helped me to get a recharge from another customers car staying at hotel , no matter what they always were willing to help. Fantastic staff and highly recommended.

Nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Badezimmer eher klein. W lan hat nicht immer funktioniert. Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was es benötigt, viele Küchen. Nicht weit zum Strand gute Lage, ruhiges viertel.

Da migliorare
Piccolo hotel situato in una zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal mare. Il personale gentile, simpatico ed efficiente. Non posso avere lo stesso giudizio della struttura nel complesso. La camera (103) presenta un arredo molto vecchio, appena si entra si avverte un odore fortissimo di chiuso, vecchio. Il motore dell'aria condizionata (che avrà almeno almeno 10/15 anni) non permette di dormire con l'aria accesa durante la notte, visto il notevole rumore che emette (segnalato inutilmente alla reception poco dopo il check in). Ottima la colazione, varia, fresca e servita con squisita gentilezza in una terrazza al terzo piano dell'hotel. Sulla stessa terrazza si trova la vasca idromassaggio (a caro prezzo). Nel complesso, vista la qualità della camera, non tornerei in questa struttura, ed è un peccato perché basterebbe davvero poco per rendere la struttura un po' più accogliente.

La camera nonostante non mancasse di nulla era davvero angusta, assenza di spazi per riporre le valige, armadio molto piccolo senza cassetti, assenza di piani d'appoggio in bagno anche per asciugamani. Per quanto ho speso mi aspettavo molto di più. Ricca la colazione.

La ringrazio per aver valutato positivamente la colazione. La struttura è un tre stelle, le stanze doppie sono circa 14 metri quadrati ed il prezzo da Lei corrisposto, riflette i servizi: euro 65 a camera a notte con colazione inclusa. Mi dispiace che Lei ne sia rimasto deluso, capisco anche però che accantentare tutti sia utopico. La ringrazio comunque ancora per la Sua permanenza.

ho passato 7 giorni in questo hotel.. posizione comodissima per negozi , spiaggia ecc.. attraverso il parco adiacente si arriva comodamente anche in stazione.. personale molto gentile , una menzione particolare per la ragazza della sala colazione , unica pecca la stanza singola proprio di fronte alla sala.. un po' rumorosa , consiglio di inclinare la tv che posizionata così in alto non gode di un buon angolo di visuale e se possibile dare una sistemata alla doccia un po' scomoda, nel complesso comunque ottimo hotel molto simpatico e gentile anche il portiere di notte , un hotel che consiglio!!
