Exterior & lobby are updated and modern, reflecting the 4 star rating. The rooms were more like a 2 star hotel (our double bed was two twin mattresses shoved together, flooring throughout is same tile as in the shower). Parking was closeby but a bit inconvenient as you had to ring a bell and wait for them to open the gate for both entry and exit.

WSB trip
Victoria palace, was base for trip to Misano race track, so we didnt use the facilities much, staff very good, and friendly , rooms are clean, perhaps could do with up grade in styling ! we did , change from economy room , to superior as found economy room tiny for our stay

Most uncomfortable bed
The location of hotel was ok. I didn’t know there is charge for parking and to pay for parking was strange. But the bed and pillow were so uncomfortable. Now 2 days pass my stay I still have very bad neck and shoulder pain. The blanket was just not good. Curtains were not thick enough. We had a dinner at the restaurant, for what they served , it was over priced. Although staff were very nice but I think it was not enough number of staff to attend to us.

Excellent service WiFi not working and an IT specialist came to fix the the router. Super dining room over looking the sea. Everyone very hospitable. Highly recommended

Bathroom small, a/c did not work too well, did not appreciate having to pay 44 euros to use the beach chairs. Location of hotel was very good though.

Hotel was very convenient and close to beach.
We stayed I'm the victoria hotel in cattolca for the WSB misano round. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Bang on the beach and round the corner from all the bars restaurants and bars. Would definatly go back.

Best hotel on the beach by the look of it
Stayed here for a weekend in June whilst watching the superbike race at Misano circuit. The hotel is easy to find, right by the beach and close to the main shopping walk and a short walk from the town centre. The hotel staff were very polite and always on hand, though they didn't speak brilliant English, though I wouldn't expect this here. The room was very clean and had a balcony with a great view of the beach at sunset, and it was cool and air conditioned during the night, though it could get a bit noisy in the evenings due to music played in the local area. The hotel has a spa with a fantastic underground swimming pool - it is quite small but cool and very refreshing, with features such as a rain system and water jets. You can also get massages, saunas and things. You have to pay to use the pool and spa facilities, though we found this to be cheaper than hiring sunbeds on the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay to watch events at Misano circuite - this place is excellent. Each day we walked to the circuit - a hot but easy 5km walk from the hotel along quiet roads and then a park. Both the Aprillia and Ducati teams were staying in this hotel - so I guess it must be a good one! We arrived at Bologna airport, to get to the hotel: 1. Get the BLQ bus into Bologna, which stops at Bologna Central train station 2. Get a train to Cattolica, we got the one to Ancora - it was very cheap but takes about 2 hours 3. 10 min walk from train station to hotel.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera pulita, ma essenziale è un po’ piccola.

Il punto di forza è la Posizione centrale davanti alla spiaggia. Punto a sfavore, nella stanza si sentiva tutto quello che accadeva in corridoio e la mattina si veniva svegliati dai rumori dell’aspirapolvere. Per essere un 4 stelle mi sarei attesa un po’ più di attenzione. Ho fatto un cambio camera, il giorno prima mi è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto loro a portare i bagagli nella nuova stanza, il giorno seguente un’altra persona della reception mi ha detto che avrei dovuto provvedere io. A parte questo piccolo neo, la permanenza è stata piacevole.

Es wird hier mit dem Pool für Familien geworben, aber der Innenpool ist kostenpflichtig und erst ab 16 Jahren. Zimmer zur Straße hin relativ laut, aber die Türen und Fenster isolieren gut. Cocktails an der Bar waren leider ganz mies. Zimmer für 4 Personen zu klein und zu wenig Stauraum. Ansonsten Gute Lage zum Strand, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück gut. Lobby und alle offenen Bereiche sind sehr chick.

Net hotel aan de kust. Grote kamer met lekker balkon. Koffie en thee en een grote kluis waar de laptop in past. Fijn dat je vanaf 12 uur kan inchecken.

Overall to expensive for what you get. The Room wasn't clean enough and you have to pay extra for everything. Parking is 20€ per day, Dog is 12€ per Day, If you wanna go to the beach which is infront of the door you have to pay 25€ PER DAY for one umbrella with 2 sun lounger for a family of 4 this would mean 50€ everyday just to be at the beach. In the hotel spa you also pay for everything there is a bathrobe in your room but if you use it they charge 8€, a towel which is on the lounger if you use it you pay 3€, entering the Swimmingpool is 15€.

La hall dell’hotel e la Spa ristrutturare recentemente sono molto belle e confortevoli, purtroppo non si può dire la stessa cosa delle stanze che seppur carine necessitano sicuramente di una ristrutturazione. Pessima l’insonorizzazione della camera!

La struttura è molto bella, direttamente sulla spiaggia e a due passi dal centro. La stanza ampia, molto pulita e molto fresca. Il personale è molto cortese e preparato. Segnalo un unico neo: viene segnalata la presenza di una piscina coperta, tra i servizi per la famiglia, quando in realtà l’accesso è consentito solo ai maggiori di 16 anni

Attention le spa c’est 25€ par personne pour 2h30 !! Les 2h30 sont précisé nul part. Ça peut faire une surprise sur l’addition. Si vous y allez deux fois dans la journée vous paierez 25€ x2 par personnes. Arriver au spa à 21h20 (il est censé fermer à 22h) la dame nous a chassé 15mn plus tard, ce moment été gâché. Bien évidemment ils ont quand même voulu nous faire payé 50€. La manageur est pas aimable, ne voulant pas ce mettre à notre place pour notre désagrément, nous a juste demandé de payer l’addition et partir. Aucun renseignement, aucune humanité, vous êtes juste un porte feuille sur pattes. Juste un monsieur à l’accueil a été sympathique. Ceci dis le spa est jolie.

Concernant le prix de l'entrée, nous tenons à signaler qu'il est écrit partout que vous payez 25 € mais malheureusement sur Expedia il n'est pas possible de préciser que la durée est limitée. Nous sommes à votre entière disposition pour toute clarification.

Das Personal und die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Leider musste ich festlegen, das man die Unterkunft mit Frühstück buchen könnten. Leider ist es bei uns nicht der Fall gewesen. Da die Übernachtung schon teuere genug war, wäre das Frühstück noch 15euro pro Person gekosten. Plus noch die Parkplatz gebühre.

Molte perplessità
Camera decisamente piccola e non in linea, per arredi e dimensioni, con la media di un quattro stelle. Bella la struttura dell’albergo, ma poi molti servizi, ad esempio la piscina interna, sono a pagamento e con prezzi sostenuti, a maggior ragione se si tiene conto della loro fruibilità parziale, causata dalla pandemia. Personale un po’ freddo, se paragonato agli standard di accoglienza della zona. Grandi margini di miglioramento.
