Al llegar me asignaron una habitación de dos camas. Ese mismo día le escribí al manager en turno PM con la incomodidad y su respuesta fue que no trabajaba con las reservaciones. Aunque en la mañana, Gabriela fue muy amable lo único que quedaba era una habitación de una cama Full. Segundo el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba, tumbaba por momentos y si deseaba tener el abanico para que ventilara un poco más la luz se quedaba encendida. Fueron dos noches en las que realmente mi pareja y yo pasamos calor. Mi intención no es hospedarme en un lugar para pasar por alguna necesidad. Además parece que en los fines de semana hay muy poco personal en el “hotel”. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Our room had several little things that needed fixing missing tiles in the shower, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the left balcony sliding door wouldn't lock and the closet doors would come of the rail every time we opened it to access the little fridge. Maintenance needs to be better. Overall though we rented four rooms and the experience was nice and we had fun so we've definitely stay here again. There is a bar next to the pool that serves simple drinks like a rum and coke. There is also a Thai restaurant that I did not have dinner in but I did see many people sit and they seemed to be enjoying the food. The lighting on the property at night is excellent and makes a person feel safe. The rooms have clean towels, toiletries, only thing I missed was a lotion as part of the toiletries. It was quiet (no people making noise) at night during the hours I slept. The staff is kind and friendly. There is a gentleman that has been working on the property with his wife and they are very accommodating. Also, Gabriela who works the reception desk and I thought naught be a manager was also very friendly and informative. My room came with a bottle of wine which she allowed me to choose from the wines she had available. That went great. The issue came up when our room had no hot water! We were forced to contact the emergency number. Someone did come out, but he could not fix the issue. He said the regular maintenance person would be in at 6:00 and they should have it fixed. No such luck. Management blamed the issue on recent storms and solar panels used to heat the water. Everyone was very friendly, but in the end, no hot water was not great. There also was nothing offered to compensate us for having to deal with the issue. La ubicación no fue nuestra favorita ya que debes moverte en carro para todos lados. No hay donde comer cerca y el restaurante abre a las 5pm. La recepción es en el ultimo piso al lado de la piscina (la ubicación me parece rara). Se escuchaba demasiado ruido de los pasillos y cuartos cercanos y nivel superior lo qué no nos permitió descansar cómo esperábamos. La propiedad es bonita y el restaurante de comida thai muy bueno.
