"Great clean property. Not walkable, you have to have a car. Nice staff, close to Mistico. Weak drinks and get dinner elsewhere, the restaurant on site is very hit and miss. Room was very nice. We had an outdoor shower and bathtub. Great view of Arenal. Would stay again."

There is a large balcony, but as for garden view rooms, there is nothing to see there. Thick plants were up to the balcony and nothing to see. Hotel has nice loop hiking trail behind the hotel and trail also takes you to the river, so if you want to swim there, you could. Hotel is conveniently located close to the park and other activities.
