very good location,beautiful view,good breakfast.

Cons: cleaning services,sounds isolation system on the 15th floor
very bad experience with the laundry services,our clothes were ruined,not recommended at all. our room was one floor below the swimming pool and all day long you could hear the sounds of water falling which is disturbing during sleeping. the floor of the room was full of sand all the time even after cleaning the room and just after we checked in.

Amazing view, nice hotel

I am from Rio... The hotel is well located, but at the very end of Ipanema. I was sharing a room with a friend, and the single bed is very narrow, so it was not very comfortable. Breakfast is good but the dining room is too small and gets very crowded, it was difficult to walk around to get to the buffet. The sauna did not work for the 5 days we were there.

Conveniently located, small pool, great views

The bathrooms need updating and shower gel needs to be provided not just bars of soap. The room cleanliness is very good and the staff are all very friendly. The pool is tiny and was quite dirty. The service in the restaurant bar is extremely slow but the views from it are very nice. Marlon at reception was great.

Beautiful view and location. Staff very accommoda

Loved my rooms view and the decor but the bathroom needs a through bleaching. The bathroom door would not stay open. Maybe a door stop would help.

awful despite great location

Terrible. They check in at 3:00 seemingly whether your room is ready or not. The bathroom door was hard to open and slammed shut whenever one closed it unless one intervened. The maid knocked on the door at 9 am on Sunday. When I called for room service the phone rang and rang. I gave up. When you check out they ask what you consumed from the minibar and then they doublecheck! Why don't they just check instead of making it look like they do not trust you?

Very nice Hotel.

Everything was great, the only thing that I noticed is that I was charged double for my stay by expedia. I know they must make a profit, but they charged more than what the actual tariff was.
