Always a great hotel

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The drop off and pick area can be little chaotic during the morning hours, so having a person directing the taxis will help with the flow.
Location: Good restaurants; cafes; etc
I've been staying at this hotel for the past couple of years and they are very consistent providing the highest quality services. The hotel is clean; located in front of Copacabana Beach; the staff is attentive; the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel right at the Copacabana beach

Location: Right at the beach, tallest building in the area, amazing view! lots of restaurant and shopping area.
Very happy with our stay in Windsor Atlantic hotel. We got a free upgrade to top floors with amazing view of the beach and the city. We can even see Christ Redeemer up the hill. Staff are helpful and lots of restaurants and shoppings. One thing we don't like is that there is no water boiler which we can't have tea or coffee at our convenience. My son also complained about the free wifi, which lagged frequently when he played online video games. Hotel has a paid wifi that we didn't try though.

眺めが最高

Pros: 部屋やルーフトップからの眺めと朝食
Cons: 夜間、各階の廊下が薄暗いこと。少し不気味な気がしました。それと部屋のドアが必ずガタンという音とともに閉まることです。近くの部屋に宿泊客がいなかったので気にならなかったものの、宿泊客がたくさんいたらうるさいだろうなと思いました。
眺望を期待して部屋を選び、実際に、コパカバーナ海岸のほぼ全体を見渡せるような絶景を期待通り楽しむことができました。また、38階のルーフトップからは、キリスト教像やシュガーローフも楽しむことができ、もう少し滞在時間が長ければ、プールサイドでゆっくりしたかったです。朝食も充実しており、たいへん満足できました。他の人のレビューにもありましたが、おそらく閑散期に宿泊したこともあり、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。ただ、もしあえて欠点を言うのであれば、メンテナンスされてはいるものの設備全般が少し古いのと、大手チェーンであることに由来するのか到着時のフロントスタッフが少しドライな感じがして、個人的にはあまり良い気持ちがしませんでした。

un seul mot: fabuleux !!!

Pros: localisation, service conciergerie pour reserver les excursions, très sécurisé.
Cons: rien à signaler.
Location: en plein coeur de copacabana.
hôtel en pleine copacabana. il suffit de traverser la rue pour être sur la plage. personnel très sympa. chambres luxueuses et spacieuses. on peut réserver via la conciergerie de l’hôtel des excursions vers quasiment toutes les choses à faire sur Rio. l’hôtel est très sécurisé il y a des vigils partout dans et devant l’hôtel (on n'est jamais trop prudents à rio) .nous avons passé un séjour magnifique.

Great location, beautiful hotel, high security

This was our second trip to Rio in 6 weeks for work and we stayed at this hotel both times. The hotel staff is incredible, the rooms and views are beautiful, the food is out of this world. There is so much security, you always feel safe. We will always stay here when we go to Rio. It's directly across from the beach!

Great location and facilities!

Pros: Using their beach umbrellas, towels and chairs with no additional cost was amazing. Also, the heated pool on the 39th floor is a must!
Cons: Their TV cable was not great for English speakers. Internet was good though, so we just watched Netflix on our computers the nights we stayed in.
Location: Great restaurants, little shops and a mall within walking distance. Public transportation easily available to main attractions: Christ and Sugar Loaf.
Our experience was phenomenal! The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious - including fresh local fruits and pastries - the staff was friendly, concierges were knowledgeable and helpful, and every night we would get a "good night" chocolate square when we got back to the hotel! Such small touches made our stay here very special.

MUY BUEN HOTEL

Pros: Desayuno completo, meseros muy amables
Cons: Early check in NO TAN CARO y en caso de existir disponibilidad de habitaciones dar el early check in de cortesía, esto SI pasa en hoteles de Rio
Location: Playas maravillosas, Rio Sul shopping cerquita, tiendas, Forte de Copacabana al final de la playa con la Confiteria Colombo un clásico!
Resumido en 2 palabras el hotel es MUY BUENO, su ubicación en Rio de Janeiro es perfecta, tiene tiendas, farmacias cerquita y el Rio Sul Shopping se encuentra a solo 5 minutos en taxi, aparte cruzas la avenida a pie y ya estas en las playas maravillosas de Copacabana, la atención en el desayuno es fantástica, a toda mi familia y a mi nos daban jugos verdes detox todas las mañanas, los meseros siempre con una gran sonrisa y super amigables, el trato del personal es muy bueno, el desayuno es COMPLETISIMO, huevos al gusto, todo tipo de fruta, sopa, pan para todos los gustos y la vista desde el área del desayuno es hermosa. La limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente, no tengo queja alguna, lo único es que al llegar el check in (llegamos a las 6y30am) era a las 12pm, deberían tener la opcion de early check in EN CASO DE HABER DISPONIBILIDAD de habitaciones, ya que si existe pero me parece excesivamente caro, para max una hora, ya que por lo normal uno llega del viaje cansado, con ganas de cambiarse de ropa y tomar un baño para salir a disfrutar y de turismo por la ciudad, es mi única observación, ya que recalco la atención de recepción y los meseros es muy buena, desayuno perfecto y también siempre hay taxis ejecutivos disponibles para cualquier paseo, cobran un poquito mas que los taxis amarillos, pero vale la pena ya que es privado , seguro y te van explicando sobre la ciudad y te llevan a todas partes, realmente los brasileros son gente muy amable por eso amo Brasil!

Adoro hotéis de luxo, mas esse não é um... Tudo no hotel é correto é normal... Mas fica faltando muito p chamá-lo de hotel de luxo. Atendimento frio e impessoal, café da manhã barulhento e sem finesse, amenities do quarto sem marca e qualidade... Enfim... Depois de ficar no novo Hilton da Barra e no Hayatt, onde o luxo realmente está presente, esperava mais do icônico antigo Lê Meridien
