Good time at the Hotel and Rio. Experience could have been improved if the staff spoke more English

We kindly inform you that the most part of our staff, as all our front office staff, speaks english, or at least, beeing a Portuguese speakers, all our staff can have a basic communication in English. Surely we still have much to improve and we are seriously focusing on the mission of the Windsor Atlantica delight our customers.
