Firstly, the entire team of Windsor Plaza wants to thank you for sharing your experience.
It`s really important to understand our guests perception about what we are offering.
I`m glad that although some of our services were not exactly what you expected your general evaluation was positive.
We do not have Hotels out of Brazil.
We have orthopedic mattresses, apartments with different tv position and more than one TV channel option in English.
